Yeonjun and Beomgyu have been boyfriends for almost a year now. They're so madly in love with each other. Their friends are surprised how they still aren't married yet. Well, Yeonjun was working on that.

He has been planning something big to propose to Beomgyu. He didn't want something big and special like this to be boring and ordinary.

"Thank you so much uncle- a-appa, eomma"

Yeonjun said blushing. He finally asked Beomgyu's parents if he could marry their son and they have been waiting for a decade already. Beomgyu's dad hugged Yeonjun, easing his nervousness.

"he'll be the happiest person in this entire world Yeonjun, thank you so much for all you have done for gyu"

Beomgyu's mom's voice shook as she got emotional. Yeonjun hugged her and rubbed her back.

"thank you for bringing an angel to my life eommoni"

"oh hyung !! can we go to the arcade too ?"

"of course cutie... whatever you want"

Yeonjun said, ruffling Beomgyu's hair. He giggled looking at how cutely his boyfriend was jumping around, all excited. He pressed his lips together in nervousness.

He was going to propose to Beomgyu today. His chest has been feeling so heavy since he woke up and he can't wait to call this cute bear his husband.

They were about to enter inside the arcade but stopped when Yeonjun got a call. He took a call and it seemed like an important call.

"gyu you go inside, I'll be right back"

Beomgyu nodded and entered the arcade. Yeonjun walked to a quieter place but close to the arcade so that he can keep an eye on Beomgyu too.

He saw Beomgyu coming out of the arcade and gesturing Yeonjun that he is going to the plushie store. Yeonjun nodded and turned around for a while when all the lights went out.

He turned back around and all he could see was the silhouettes of people walking around. His heart started beating fast. This was a really important call for him but nothing was more important than Beomgyu.

"s-sir, i have something really urgent, please excuse me"

He hung up the call and started running towards the plushie store, shouting Beomgyu's name. His heart clenched when he didn't see Beomgyu anywhere. He spun around but all he could see were flashlights and black shadows.

"b-beomie, where are you"

His eyes teared up even at the thought of how scared his bear would be. Beomgyu was scared of the dark. He had panic attacks whenever he was in the dark. Yeonjun cried and kept calling out his name.

He called Beomgyu but he didn't pick up. He kept calling and calling and finally someone picked up.

"BEOMIE !! where are you ? hyung will be there ok ? t-tell me...what do you see around you ?"

"h-hyung- i- i can't breathe- I'm scared- hyung please help me hyung- I'm scared"

"gyu tell me where you are !! what do you see around you ?? any signs ?"
