Beomgyu was preparing dinner and waiting for Taehyun. He checked the time and it was already late. He sighed and kept waiting.

Taehyun unlocked the door and walked inside. He was confused when he didn't get greeted with a hug. When he walked further inside, he saw Beomgyu sleeping with his head on the dining table.

He felt bad. Beomgyu must've been tired too, yet he waited for Taehyun. Taehyun bent down and caressed Beomgyu's face, tucking his hair behind his ear.

"I'm sorry for coming late everyday"

He whispered. Beomgyu's eyes fluttered open and he sat up.

"when did you come back ?"

"just now"

"oh... let's have dinner"

Taehyun nodded, clearly aware of Beomgyu's annoyed mood. He washed his hands and sat down. Even though Beomgyu was frustrated, he understood Taehyun. He knew how important work was for Taehyun and never complained about it.

"how's work ?"

"a bit tiring"

Beomgyu nodded and took another bite.

"how long is this project going to take ?? it's keeping you so busy"

Taehyun softly smiled.

"around a week ? it's almost done so maybe before that"

"alright"

Beomgyu didn't smile even once and Taehyun knew why. Whenever Beomgyu was upset or mad, he preferred not to speak much because he knew he would say things that he himself never imagined.

"I'm going to sleep... just leave the dishes ok ? I'll wash them in the morning"

"i can wash them hyung-"

"you must be tired too.. come on.. i wanna cuddle"

Taehyun nodded and kept the dishes in the sink. He went to their room and saw Beomgyu scrolling on his phone.

"what you doin ?"

"nothing"

Taehyun was choosing clothes for the next day. He just glanced at Beomgyu and nodded.

"how was your day today ?"

"just like everyday"

Beomgyu answered, without looking up from his phone. He was trying to open an app which wasn't working. And it just annoyed him more.

"i met soo-"

"CAN YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP ?!??"

Oh yeah. Beomgyu fucked up. His angry expression immediately changed when he realised what he did. He saw Taehyun staring at him. Taehyun shut his closet door and walked towards Beomgyu who was sitting on the bed.

He grabbed Beomgyu's chin and leaned closer to his face.

"what did you say to me ??"

"I- I didn't m-mean to Taehyun-ah i swear i-"
