As the sun rises, I lay in bed
Thinking of her, my heart full of dread
For I long to hear her sweet voice
And see her smile, my ultimate choice

I know she's fast asleep right now
In her peaceful slumber, with furrowed brow
But I can't help but yearn for her touch
To hold her close, I love her so much

So I patiently wait for her to wake
For my heart and soul, she's the only stake
And as the clock ticks away
My love for her, it only does sway

With each passing moment, my heart beats faster
Anticipating the moment, I long to master
For when she wakes, I'll send her a text
To let her know, she's my very best

'Good morning, beautiful,' I'll say
With a smile on my face, come what may
For her happiness, I'll do anything
Her joy, my heart will forever sing

And as I wait for her reply
I can't help but let out a sigh
For she is my sunshine, my guiding light
And without her, my world is not right

So I'll wait for her to wake up
And send her all my love, without a hiccup
For she is my everything, my reason to be
And with her by my side, life is a symphony.
