Whoever said Honesty is the best policy? i don't see the purpose in that, so you would rather be told either soul crashing, world changing things. or be told a little white lie to ensure you're sanity..? The choice is never really yours it depends what the liar can make up with a smile of malice.
as for demons, no little lie is hidden, and sometimes it's better to come clean, for as when Daichi and Sugawara had returned to their group, they had seen Bokuto and Akaashi.
but for Sugawara, excitement kept him from holding any secrets back, as he found himself rambling and blushing like a obsessed idiot as he spoke about the small human known as Hinata Shoyo, a human they had no clue had a pure soul.
"You.. You've found a human.. that you can't get out of either of your heads..?" Akaashi asked calmly, but a hint of surprise in his ever soothing voice. "Yes.. it's.. it's like he's so.. unique.. something about him is different Akaashi and Bokuto!" Sugawara said with a grin.
Daichi crossed his arms over his broad chest. "I agree... it's like he has something i haven't seen in a human before" Daichi chimed in. Akaashi thought about it and put his fingers on his chin as he thought, meanwhile Bokuto. Who was sitting on the floor. looked up at them with awe.
"You found a cute human? Oh! Akaashi! Can we meet him?" Bokuto quickly asked with pleading eyes as he stood up, looking slightly down at his fellow demons due to their height differences.
"We might.. But how exactly do you think you'll ever see this human again, you do understand the amount of orange haired humans out there, right?" Akaashi softly asked with curiosity. Sugawara had a small smirk tug at his lips. "I have his name.." Sugawara said with a defining smirk.
This made both the owl like demon and the calm demon stop in their tracks. "Wait wait wait!" Bokuto said as he tried to wrap his head around this. "You have his name!?" Bokuto asked with a wide smile. "Well this certainly changes things.." Akaashi noted. "And stop smiling so widely Bokuto.. you'll look more psychotic than you already are." Akaashi softly noted.
"but it's hard not to smile at this!" Bokuto exclaimed brightly. "You found a cute human and know his location!" Bokuto added excitedly and childishly. sometimes a loud energetic man that happened to be a demon wasn't a good mix. his insanity might one day consume him.. Bokuto and Akaashi found a feeling building in their stomachs.. they needed to see this human. Now.
"I have a special feeling of this human.." Daichi noted out loud. "I feel like he might be.. different, somehow." Sugawara added in. "Different how so?" Akaashi asked curiously. Bokuto tilted his head and his golden brown eyes filled with curiosity. "..He.. he seems Naive, Innocent even" Sugawara said, Daichi nodded. "But it could be a fake act. you know how humans fake innocence for lust." Akaashi stated calmly.
"True.. but.. i feel it in my gut, this boy is different.." Daichi sternly said, he was set on finding out what made this human so naive and different. Sugawara nodded.
"I guess we'll just have to see what you mean then.." Akaashi softly stated with a small smile. "You're not going alone" Sugawara sternly stated. "But i believe we are." Bokuto chimed in. "We've already helped him. we know him now." Daichi glared.
"And i'm sure we can help him in special ways." Akaashi stated. "Just tell us his location Sugawara, it would be a shame for the other demons to find out and take him, now wouldn't it?" Akaashi stated with a soft glare. Daichi clenched his jaw. "Just let us pay him a visit." Bokuto suggested.
"You won't lay a finger on him." Sugawara clenched his fist. "Why should you care Sugawara.. Don't tell me you already care for a mere human?" Akaashi had a small smirk, this was out of character for Akaashi, but he couldn't help it, no one can remain the same over the years.. especially not as a demon.
"And so what if i do?" Sugawara's eyes narrowed. "What could you possibly do about it?" Daichi noted. "I can quite a bit.. but i shan't do anything if you just give me and Bokuto his location of residence" Akaashi softly held his hand out.
Bokuto was surely getting giddy.. these fights between the demons were common, yet entertaining, every single one of them always fought, it didn't matter who they were.. Bokuto smirked as he spoke
"The choice is yours Sugawara.. Play this wisely.. is this human worth hiding from everyone else? just give his location... no one will know"
