Encounters can be made by fate or by choice.

Some odd, some peculiar, and some fantastic to the point you leave with more then you come unto with.

But in the end, it  depends on the voice in your own heart. Your mind, your very being. A person rooted in anger and self-pity will never become as enjoyable as a person rooted in kindness and patience, but who holds the power to really decide which of these people are 'worth more' because in the end, everyone is worth the same.

After all we're all just pathetic humans looking for something we can hate about ourselves in desire of getting comfort for something we couldn't prevent.

Some achieve this comfort. And some spend years alone desiring it and crying because they will never have it.

Akaashi thought he knew what he would achieve in the end.

He knew deep down he was a demon, a cruel one. Who deserved nothing but torment for his sins of his past, for ruining the things he loved. And for accidently dragging Bokuto, his closest friend down with him into the torment of things that Bokuto shouldn't even have been punished for in the first place.

He thought after his first mistake, he would spend centuries without the exact comfort he wished he could have, the comfort he dreamed of every single night when he remembered that he was the reason, he was the reason that Bokuto's life became so shitty.

He ruined Bokuto, and he would carry his grief and guilt for years and years to come, after all.. He is a demon of Guilt for a reason, who's guilt do you think he manipulated first? A human's guilt.. Or his own?

He spent years grieving in silence while Bokuto felt no anger towards him. Akaashi wasn't sure how someone like Bokuto who never should've been a demon in the first place wouldn't hate him for ruining his life.

For ruining both of their chances of love.

So the second Akaashi caught a sweet scent of a young boy, he wanted nothing more than to reach out and grab him. Hold him tight and promise he would never hurt him or mess up this time.

But he held back, he told himself on those nights that he would never hurt anyone. He would never hurt Hinata Shoyo. And if he dared break that promise. He would break himself on his words.

And now here he stood, standing before that very human boy he thought of, but now he questions himself. Is he going to be able to keep up his word on his promise? or will he fail once more..

"Oh.. I apologize." Akaashi calmly stated as he looked down at him from where he stood, he wasn't too effected by the sudden bump and to be quite honest.

He was not truly sorry deep down, after all this was no strange coincidence him and Bokuto ran into him on this day.

Staring down at him, Bokuto stood beside Akaashi. Doing his very best to hide the eager glimmer in his eyes as he stared at Hinata. His eyes scanned over his entire frame, from his fluffy hair all the way down to the shoes he wore.

From head to toe. Bokuto's eye surely observed.

He never seemed to be an observant type of demon, yet with this young human boy. He couldn't seem to help himself, and instead let his eyes admire something as fragile as a human.

"oh! No no, I should be the one to apologize." Hinata quickly stated, he stared up at the two men before him and instead of the blame really putting on Akaashi and Bokuto who deserved it, Hinata took any shred of blame of the situation at hand.
