"You should really lock your windows."

Yoojung stumbles back upon hearing this. In doing so, she drops accidentally her ice cream sandwich to the ground. To her horror, the mysterious man was on her couch, sitting in a manner that looked as if he owned the entire house.

When he told her earlier that he'd see her around, she didn't expect it to be right away. "How did you get in here?" she exclaims. What did he want with her? Should I call the police?

Did this mean that their encounter at the hospital was planned?

With a look of judgement, Ni-ki raises his eyebrows. He was surprised he caught a Hybrid so off guard. He points out in an exasperated way, "You know of your Vampire abilities, however you need to work on your sense of hearing. It's lacking."

She takes time to observe his appearance. He was still good looking, but now there was a frightening aura about him. He licks his upper teeth, presenting to her his two sharp canines.

At first, she was at loss for words. In fact, all her instincts were at lost. Was he a Vampire? Should she be fighting? Flighting? Flocking? With a shaken voice, she queries, "Who are you?"

He smirks, "My name is not important, but what I can tell you is that I'm a Vampire. You met my friends many years ago, Sunghoon and Heeseung. Yes?" Those names indeed sparked a memory in her brain. He continues as he stared deeply and soullessly into her eyes, "I've come here to visit who they saw."

Her entire body shivers from a cold wind, and she looks at window to see that it was wide open. If he were a Vampire, then did it mean he flew into her as a bat? "You should really close the door... erm, window whenever you enter someone else's house," she unintentionally mocks his previous statement. He scoffs in disbelief. It takes a moment for her to grasp the situation and gasp, "You know Sunghoon and Heeseung oppa?"

"Very well. We grew up together. Us, and a few other guys... including your father." She widens her eyes upon hearing the last statement, though she wasn't too surprised. If she happened to be half-Vampire, then at least one of her parents was bound to have some Vampire DNA. The next Ni-ki adds basically confirms her suspicion, "Your father was a Vampire."

"Was?" She didn't know of her parent's old stories at all because they were quite secretive of their past. Naturally, she questioned why they kept secrets from her. It didn't feel fair for her either because she knew nothing about who they once were.

He hums, "Contrary to popular Human belief, Vampires did coexist with Humans at one point until a Vampire named Rose disconnected our realms. Consequently, Jungwon denounced his Vampire state to be with your Human mother, leaving us behind. I also knew her very well. Although she was quite stubborn, Danah was a very ambitious and sweet girl when she was young."

"Who the hell is Danah?" The more he spoke, the less she understood anything. How counterproductive.

Shit, I forgot. Jungwon hyung married her succeeding life and had her remember everything. Ni-ki knew this from some stalking and from a mutual. "You know what? Forget I said that, that's a whole different and complicated story of its own."
