POV SUNSET
- It looks like the party is going to start to get good - commented Applejack.
Virtually all the guests had already arrived. There was no more room for everyone in the house, so a large part was on the street, others inside the house, others in the backyard, anywhere they could stay. Pinkie couldn't be happier, jumping and having fun with everyone at the party. Applejack and I laughed when Pinkie pulled a chorus for a boy and a girl who were kissing in the corner of the room. The couple was embarrassed, both with red cheeks.
- At least she's having fun - I shrugged - she deserves it.
Applejack agreed and drank another sip of beer straight from the bottle. I watched her act with a smile on my side.
- Do you swear you're not even a little dizzy? - I asked, pointing to the bottle.
- This is only the second - Applejack gave a wink - he needs a lot more to bring me down.
- If you say - I laughed - I hope I don't find you lying around.
- You don't even have to worry about it - she laughed and drank another sip.
I watched the people dancing in the living room. The lighting was little, only a little of the light in the hallway and the kitchen invaded the room, leaving the perfect place to dance. They played various types of music, but none that I really felt like dancing. Taking a brief look at the dance floor I saw a girl with pink hair, dancing almost professionally, she seemed not to pay attention to her surroundings. Analyzing it better, I realized that it was the same girl who had caught Twilight's attention when we saw each other.
I didn't know if Twilight would talk to me again, but I also didn't expect that to happen. The way I left that day must have caused a fear of her talking to me. Although Rainbow even told me that I should think better about it, and that I was not wrong in the situation, I wondered if I had really not exaggerated in my reaction and in the way I treated it.
As people moved, dancing around the room, it was possible to see the pink-haired girl dancing better. Next to him, a girl, with purple hair and an elegant light blue dress, also danced, but seemed to be looser, not necessarily dancing better than pink hair. Near the two, I will then, Twilight, who timidly shook her arms in order to try to imitate the people who danced around her. She seemed very worried about making the right moves and concentrated a lot on the choreography of others, at one time or another she got lost and desperately tried to disguise the mistake. I smiled, it was an interesting scene to see.
The song ended and, as soon as the next one started playing, I immediately recognized the notes of a Post Crush song. Of course, Pinkie wouldn't leave a song from her favorite band out of the party. Pinkie showed up in the living room and looked for me by the place, when she found me, she didn't say anything, she just pulled me by the arm and took me to the dance floor.
Pinkie and I danced as if there was no one else by our side, imitating invisible guitars and drums, spinning, jumping, everything that the music awakened us. We finished the dance panting and with huge smiles on our faces.
- That was amazing! - Pinkie celebrated.
- It was really good - I agreed, going back to where I was.
- You did very well - Applejack offered us a little drink - drink a little, or you will dehydrate.
Pinkie and I took a good sip of the bottle of Applejack, I didn't know if that was still the second bottle. Pinkie went out to enjoy with the rest of the party staff, leaving Applejack and I enjoying the dance atmosphere that was in the room. I looked for Twilight again, but I didn't see her, I found only her friend with purple hair, who talked excitedly with a group of girls sitting on the couch.
