POV SUNSET

Despite being an almost impossible mission, we managed to get Applejack and Rainbow Dash to sit at the dining table that was in the middle of a large room. The whole group occupied seats at the table, with some chairs left.

Maud and Pinkie's house was, in a way, much larger than necessary for two girls to live alone. Mr. and Mrs. Pie used to visit them often, along with their other daughters - Limestone and Marble - but you still wouldn't need a house for just Pinkie and Maud. However, Pinkie always had many friends and always liked to organize parties, which led to the decision to rent a house larger than a simple apartment.

We made a point of leaving the cutlery away from the two drunk girls. We didn't want any surprise in the middle of dinner. Twilight and Rarity cut the slices and each one served the flavor that pleased her the most. They were all hungry, but the happiness in Pinkie's face when picking up her piece of pizza was priceless.

- Hey, Sunset - Applejack, who was next to me, poked my arm.

- What is it? - I asked.

- I think there's a thing wrong with the pizza - he replied, looking funny at his plate.

- Did something go wrong? - I took a look at the plate, everything seemed to be normal.

- It's not that - she closed her eyes - I think she's staring at me.

- AJ, a pizza can't face someone - I rolled my eyes.

- But look! You know I'm not one to lie - she pointed to the food.

I watched the slice and it still looked normal. I noticed, however, that two pieces of olives were positioned one side of the other, as if the pizza had, in fact, eyes. I could have just ignored and paid attention to my slice, but I took the bottle of ketchup on the table and made a curve and a dot on Applejack's pizza, forming a happy face.

- Better? Now it's fun food - I spoke with a silly smile. Applejack just took another look at the dish.

- I'm sorry to eat now, she's happy - she made a sad face.

- I deserve it - I sighed deeply - look, she's happy that it's going to be eaten, pizzas were made for that, right? So, she'll be sad if you don't eat her.

Just like a child, Applejack opened a smile and bit his slice of pizza. I breathed a sigh of relief and took my cutlery to cut my piece. Twilight watched the scene with confusion on the other side of the table, I just gestured with my hand, indicating that it would be better for her to eat and not pay attention to Applejack conversations.

Rainbow Dash wasn't giving us any trouble. Fluttershy had a huge patience and an incredible way to deal with the situation. Dash obeyed everything the girl asked for and, whenever possible, Fluttershy offered help. It was never easy to deal with Rainbow Dash when she drank too much, but I wouldn't question Fluttershy's methods, she was happy to help and we could eat without Dash go up on the table and propose some kind of meaningless challenge.

- I bet I can eat a whole slice in ten seconds!

"I spoke too early," I thought.

- I'm in! - Applejack gave a confident smile.

- You're not in anything - Rarity, sitting on the other side of Applejack, scolded. Applejack even tried to counter it, but the look of the other girl made the blonde quiet.

- But can you eat three slices of pizza in ten seconds?! - Pinkie launched from my side, leaning on the table and exemplifying the number three on her fingers.

- Quiet Pinkie Pie, sit there - I took her by the shoulder and sat her back on the chair, while my other hand took the fork to her mouth.

- I can eat up to ten pizzas in ten seconds! - Rainbow Dash glorified himself, with a confident countenance on his face.

- Maybe it's better to leave these challenges for later, what do you think? - Fluttershy smiled kindly and put his hand on Rainbow's shoulder.

- Maybe - she sighed and smiled - but this one I win by giving up.

- Sometimes I wonder how I ended up here - Twilight said inexpressively and drank soda from her glass.

- You end up getting used to it - I smiled on your side and gave a wink.

The rest of the dinner went well, Rainbow Dash and Applejack at one time or another discussed incoherent arguments, but that made us all have a good laugh. When there were no more pieces and no one else could stand eating, I offered my help to take things to the kitchen and set the table, while the rest of the girls decided what to do next.

I had a lot to take, but I didn't care, little by little I organized everything in the sink and put the leftovers in the trash. I was arranging the last batch of objects when I felt someone hug me from behind. The perfume was familiar, I recognized at the time who hugged me.

- Do you need help? - Twilight volunteered.

- I would accept it before, but I finished it already - I smiled as soon as your arms squeezed me more.

Twilight loosened the hug and I took the opportunity to turn in front of her. I leaned against the kitchen counter behind me and placed my hands around his neck. Our lips came together and we exchanged affectionate kisses, Twilight's hands caressed my back, causing me light goosebumps. I separated the kiss with a peck, I stared at the girl in front of me, we both had relaxed expressions.

- I'm glad we told them - Twilight smiled - I don't need to worry about making excuses or hiding.

- I think it would be difficult to invent something in this situation - I argued. My fingers played with your hair near the back of your neck.

- I think so - she laughed softly - these junctions are being fun.

- Well, my group of friends can be well... Interesting, whenever you want - I laughed - but your friends are also fun, I had no idea they were so cool.

- Did you think they were going to be boring? - he joked.

- No, silly, you know what I meant - I laughed, Twilight accompanied me.

- You know I'm playing with you - she smiled and left a peck on my lips.

We had another kiss, which ended up multiplying. We went deeper and deeper and sought more contact. A throat clearing made us stop the caresses and look at the kitchen door. Pinkie was standing at the door, with a malicious expression. Twilight hid her face in the curves of my neck, I didn't know if her face was hot with shame or due to the previous seconds.

- I love that you are together, you are very cute - Pinkie smiled in a genuine way, giving way to a mischievous countenance later - but I would really appreciate it if this fire of you two did not end up breaking the dishes. Maud said they are a strong material, but you never know.

- I'm sorry, but we were being careful - Twilight smiled crooked.

- I'm sure they were - Pinkie rolled her eyes smiling and dropped the pizza box behind the trash - let's watch a movie in the living room, are you coming or are you going to stay there "tidying up the dishes"?

- But we were tidying up the dishes - I defended myself.

- You do - Pinkie pointed to me - Twilight said she was going to take the empty pizza box that you forgot and disappeared, I thought it was strange that she didn't have the box with her.

Twilight blushed strongly and I hugged her more while she laughed along with Pinkie. The girl got rid of me, but took my hand and intertwined our fingers.

- Let's see this movie soon - he said, and dragged me out of the kitchen.
