POV TWILIGHT

I probably should have said at that moment everything I was feeling, drop everything at once and take out of my body all that repressed feeling I had been feeling. But I crashed, and just accepted that that wasn't the time. We were going to the last part of the games, so I could talk to Sunset. At least I hoped you could.

The final event would be in front of the school. When we got there, there were already several students excited and cheering. We took some seats in the stands and waited for the activity to start. After a few seconds, Celestia took the main stage and held the microphone.

- We have reached the end of our Friendship Games - he said with excitement - we hope everyone had fun during the day. But it's not over yet! The deputy director Luna will explain what the last activity consists of, which will be decisive!

Celestia made room for her sister and passed her the microphone. I was too far away to see, but I knew Luna was holding something in her hands.

- The next activity will involve all the students who participated in the decathlon and sports - he announced - it will be a game of flags, around the school, in the courtyard, three flags of each school are hidden. The team that brings the three flags first will be victorious.

The murmurs among the students began to increase. Rainbow Dash and Indigo Zap joined the other competing students in front of the stage.

- Break them Crystal! - Lemon Zest screamed close to my ear.

- Go Canterlot! - Pinkie cheered in opposition.

- I'll break you two if you keep screaming in my eardrum - Sour Sweet complained.

- Ah Sweetie, let them cheer - Sunny Flare played with the girl's ponytail - are the games after all. Start this business soon!

Sunny's scream caused several students to also hasten the start of the activity. Without patience, Luna raised her arm and put the whistle in her mouth. Counting, she lowered finger by finger, finally, Luna lowered her arm and blew the whistle, starting the third stage of the games.

Quickly the students spread across the courtyard and began to look for the flags. There was so much movement that it was almost impossible to notice when someone found a flag. What announced the score were the squeaky screams of the students when they found one of the flags. Some even stumbled on their own legs when they ran. Student goes, student comes, Rainbow Dash, the fastest among Canterlot students, went on fire to the stage. In the distance, one of Canterlot's students ran towards the stage. Everyone was hooked in the competition. I was lower in the stands and some students got up to see better. I tried to observe anything, but I couldn't confirm who had won until deputy director Luna picked up the microphone.

- Canterlot High won the friendship games! - announced with a smile on his side, then looking at a glance at director Cinch, who massaged her temples.

The Wondercolts celebrated, completely euphoric. My friends hugged me and I could hear one of my bones snap when Pinkie joined the hug. Crystal's group next to us sighed deeply. Timidly, I reached out to the one that was closest, Sour Sweet. She watched my outstretched hand and, without resistance, squeezed it and smiled. I was happy that no one had resentment.

We went down to where Rainbow Dash was and once again there was a collective hug. I wasn't so attached to friendship games, just the decathlon part, but seeing all my friends so happy warmed my heart.

- I said we were going to win! - Rainbow Dash said as soon as we separated - damn, I should have bet.

- Of course I would bet - Sunset laughed.

- Congratulations Wondercolts - I looked back and Starlight came along with his colleagues - next time it won't be like that.

- We won't even be at school in the next games - Sugarcoat scored, indifferent.

- Ah, just a detail - Starlight patted the one with glasses on the shoulder.

- Hey Dash! Good race - a girl from the football team, with fiery hair and a convinced look, approached and punched Rainbow on the shoulder - are you going to the party?

- Have you ever scheduled a Lightning Dust party? - Dash raised his eyebrow and laughed.

- But of course, it's not every day that you win a Friendship Games - he shrugged - but what's up? Are you going?

- Everyone? - Rarity asked. It was to be expected that she would not reject a party invitation.

- Of course, you too - she pointed to the Crystal people who were after us.

- I thought they were going with the school bus - Applejack crossed his arms, confused.

- In fact, those who participate come with the buses, and can return with the buses at no cost, but those who do not participate bear the individual costs and can come by car - Starlight explained - anyone can stay and leave the next day, as long as they pay individually and have authorization from those responsible.

- Can you stay for the party? - Fluttershy asked.

- I don't know about them, but I have no way to pay for the bus for the return tomorrow - Starlight scratched the back of his neck bland - my father only gave me money for food or emergency.

- Just for that? - Sunny Flare laughed and passed her arm around Starlight - we can share and pay for your ticket.

- Are you sure? I don't want to take money from you - Starlight turned to friends, who smiled warmly.

- Relax, anything you pay us later - Lemon shrugged.

- But where are you going to stay? - Starlight worried - unless you want to stay until dawn.

- You can stay at my house - Pinkie offered and looked at us sad - but there is no way to have a super mega pajama party with everyone, sorry girls.

- All right Pinkie, the other day - Sunset reassured - so everyone goes to the party?

- As much as I really like spending time with you... - Sunburst said.

- Do you like it? - Sugarcoat raised his eyebrow.

- I like it, oddly enough - he smiled - as I was saying, I would even stay, but I don't like parties very much, and also, I have to go home and help the family with some things.

- All right, redhead, we'll forgive you - Indigo, who had appeared on the wheel without me noticing, messed up Sunburst's hair.

- I'd better go already - she laughed blandly - do you need an extra amount of Starlight?

- No need, thank you - she hugged him - call when you arrive.

- Leave it to me - he smiled, squeezing his eyes a little behind the glasses.

Sunburst said goodbye to each one. I noticed that he was a little strange near Sunset, but I tried to ignore it. He left towards the buses and left the group in silence.

- We should go and tell director Cinch of the decision - Sour Sweet suggested - send a message later, so we can meet?

- Leave it to me - Sunset showed his cell phone.

- Hurry up, darlings! We need to change these clothes! - Rarity pulled Applejack's hand to the parked car.

- We should go soon - I suggested - or Rarity won't stop screaming.

- I agree - Fluttershy smiled - but Rarity, are you sure you need to change your clothes?

- Honey - Rarity smiled convinced - I'm always right about clothes. Now let's go at once!
