POV SUNSET

- Return it!

- Even if they pay me! - Applejack pushed me with his foot.

- Fight! Fight! Fight! - Pinkie cheered.

- I still want to play! Applejack returns the control - Rainbow asked, while sitting on the couch.

Our video game championships used to be very chaotic for those who weren't used to it. I remember my neighbor showing up with an electric racket to kill mosquitoes in one of them, he said he thought it was a robbery.

Applejack gave up and handed me the control, after a lot of resistance. We went back to playing and I made the last point I needed to win the match. The blonde next to me made an angry face and I made a face at her.

- Come Pinkie! Our turn - Dash pulled the curly-haired one to the couch and took control of my hands.

- I still think it's unfair - Applejack shrugged and went to the kitchen.

- You're angry, okay? - I mocked while I was accompanying her.

- Don't abuse - Applejack smiled and opened the refrigerator, picking up a can of soda.

- All right, I stopped - I raised my hands as a sign of surrender - but it was fair.

Applejack and I sat at the table, sharing a little snack. Rainbow Dash and Pinkie were concentrated playing, even if Pinkie was not worried about any championship but just wanting to have fun. I ended up getting distracted when I felt something in my pocket vibrate. I took my cell phone, looked at the screen and almost spit out the soda I was drinking.

- Holy shit - I cursed nothing without any expression.

- Is everything okay, sweetie? - Applejack asked worried.

- Twilight sent a message - I revealed.

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie paused the game when they listened to me and walked to the kitchen table.

- And what did she say? - Pinkie asked hopeful.

- I don't know, I didn't have the courage to open it - I admitted.

- Come on, open it, what can go wrong? - Dash smiled and tilted his face to see my phone screen better.

- She may have said it was a mistake, not wanting to talk to Sunset anymore, sent a huge text explaining why the two should move away... - Pinkie shrugged, getting a lethal look from Applejack and Rainbow - or it could also be a marriage proposal, you didn't even let me finish, geez.

- None of this will happen, you can open Sunset - Applejack encouraged.

The three of them gave me warm smiles. I reciprocated the smiles, I knew that if something went wrong I would have them there to help me. I took a deep breath and opened the message. I read it once, twice, three times, and I still couldn't believe what I was reading. I was static, paralyzed, watching the cell phone screen.

- Wow, did it crash? - Applejack poked me.

- I'm going to get the vuvuzela - Rainbow Dash announced while going to my junk closet.

- What a mané vuvuzela - I pulled Rainbow Dash back to the table - I swore I would never let you touch that again.

- What I still find a very extreme attitude on your part - Dash complained, I was content to roll my eyes.

- But what made you like a statue? - Pinkie asked, making an imitation of my face.

I looked at them and took a deep breath again. I cleared my throat and, hesitantly, read the message I had received from Twilight.
