POV RAINBOW DASH

- Turn! Turn! Turn!

Misty Fly drank the last drop of the bottle and the group around celebrated screaming. She lifted the bottle as if it were a trophy and - soon after they took it out of her hand - she collapsed on the couch. When he woke up, he would probably have one of the biggest hangovers of his life. This was one of the advantages of being with the team at parties: there would always be something to laugh about the next day.

- Go there Dash! His turn - Soarin, with his already hoarse voice, pointed to one of the beer bottles that was in the middle.

- For me today it was already possible - I smiled and dropped my glass on the table - if I drink a little more I end up being like Misty.

- You know - he smiled crooked and filled his glass more - at least will he stay here with the guys?

- I'm just going to get some air, in a little while I'll arrive again - I patted him on the back and distanced myself from the mess. From afar I could hear Soarin pulling another choir and several people encouraging whoever was drinking.

I crossed the house, bumping into some familiar faces. Pinkie was on the dance floor, raising the mood of the party - as always. I also passed by Rarity and Applejack, they were so stuck in their own world that I didn't even get close. I slid the door to the backyard of the house and took a deep breath, feeling the fresh air. It was starting to cool down, I put my hands in the pocket of the Wondercolts' high school jacket to keep as much heat as possible contained in them. Some people talked, others played ball in the pool (I had no idea how they put up with the cold water at that time). One figure caught my attention: isolated in one of the corners, near the fence, on the other side of the pool, was Fluttershy.

I crossed the yard, dodging the splashes of water that came from the mess in the pool. I approached with caution, Fluttershy seemed distracted, watching the sky and once the leaves of the hydrangea bush that - who knows how -- Lightning had not let him die yet. Fluttershy realized that there was someone around and turned to see who he was, with a little nervous look, but when he saw that it was someone who knew his countenance he relaxed.

- Hi Rainbow - greeted - I thought you were going to stay with the football team today.

- I decided to stretch my legs - I shrugged - and you? I swore I was dancing, but when I passed by Pinkie I didn't see you.

- I like to dance, but I also need to get some air from time to time - she smiled on her side.

I let my lips form a silly singing smile. I stood next to you and took a look at the flowers. There wasn't much lighting in that part of the hydrangeas, I looked for something in particular that she was watching but I wasn't able to find anything.

- Why did you come to a corner of the courtyard? - I asked - in front of the house it is much more open and there are fewer people.

- Ah, I know that, but I only came here because of the hydrangeas - she gestured with her head, indicating the bush.

- Do you like flowers? - I had to admit, she seemed like the kind of person who would cultivate a small garden at home.

- I am allergic to some species of flowers, the doctor said I have hay fever - she passed her hands gently through the blue petals - my father and mother always liked flowers at home, so they bought hydrangeas, which are recommended for people with hay fever.

- I'm confused, do you like flowers? Or not? - I asked, trying to process the information in my head. Fluttershy laughed.

- I like to be close to them from time to time - she ran her hands through one of the leaves of the bush - but what I really like about her is what they attract.
