POV SUNSET

"Okay, that was weird, but not bad."

That was the only thing I could think of while Twilight and I went down to meet our friends.

Every moment we had had completely restored my energies, I almost didn't even remember that I had gone up to drink and forget my name and my life for a few good hours, enough for me to wake up with such a big hangover that I ignored any problem.

The things I thought about Twilight before the library fight seemed much more visible to me, the same characteristics I had mentioned for Rainbow that day. Smart, beautiful, cute laugh, no defects... I had received a brief confirmation, but I could add a few more compliments to the list after dancing with her on the terrace. However, there were more worrying things at that moment than citing countless qualities of the girl.

The first floor was still full, but many people seemed to be very tired - or very drunk. We went to the kitchen, where we expected to meet Applejack and Twilight's friend. Arriving there, we found a somewhat peculiar scene. Applejack was sitting on the counter, with an angry look, while Rainbow Dash told her about something. Next door, the pink-haired girl, whom I had seen on the track with Twilight, was sitting on the floor along with a purple-haired girl, who was supposed to be Twilight's other friend. Pinkie was near the kitchen, talking to some girls, taking brief glances into the kitchen.

Watching Rainbow better, I saw the red cheeks, the crooked smile and the tired eyes. I already had a guess of what was happening. Applejack saw me and sighed relieved.

- I'm glad you arrived - she came down from the counter - we're going to need a...

- There, Sunset! - Rainbow shouted with a dragged voice as soon as he noticed my presence.

She tried to get close to me, but in the first steps she staggered and hit the wall on her face, forcing her to look for the counter to lean again. The scene made me laugh, I was crying with laughter while the pink-haired girl watched with wide eyes and Twilight, with one hand on her head, looked scared.

- Are you really going to laugh?! - Rainbow grumbled, with an angry look.

- Relax Rainbow - I wiped a tear from the corner of my eye.

- I called you to help, not to laugh - Applejack said.

- Fluttershy - Twilight called - what's going on?

- Well - the pink-haired girl, Fluttershy, timidly, started talking - I went to look for Rarity after you left, then I found her in the kitchen with Applejack.

- Do they know each other? - Twilight asked.

- Obviously I know! - the purple-haired girl, who until now I thought was sleeping, raised her head, with the same face as Rainbow Dash.

- From where?! - Applejack and Twilight questioned in unison.

- Of my dreams - he replied, sending a kiss in the air to Applejack.

I started laughing as Applejack desperately tried to hide the red on his cheeks.

- And, obviously, Rarity drank, right? - Twilight deduced, receiving a confirmation from Fluttershy.

I observed the situation once again. Applejack trying to control Rainbow, clearly drunk, Fluttershy trying to hold the girl, called Rarity, preventing her from leaving there and drinking more, and Twilight, with a discredited look at the scene. I started laughing again, the scene was hilarious.

- Sunset! - Twilight scolded me.

- Sorry, sorry - I gave - it's ironic how we both went out to talk and, when we come back, our friends are drunk and making our other friends hell.
