Saturday.....
"Be careful my love in your fight!" Sarah worriedly said to John before the young man got into the car.
"Don't worry love. It's not a fight it's just sports, so it's not dangerous. When I win, let's have a date. If I lose, we'll still have a date!" John jokes with Sarah and kisses her afterwards.
Sarah was waving while looking at the van leaving when her aunt and mother approached her.
"He will earn his money for your date by breaking other man's face! I hope you wake up Sarah!" Her mother said.
Sarah was hurt by what her mother said but she couldn't defend John because what she said was true. In Sarah's mind, John is not earning enough as a striker so he will fight in the MMA. Sarah doesn't want John to get but somehow she believes he will win.
She left her mother and her aunt to continue her work. She loves John but what her relatives say that she can't be proud of John because he's just a striker seemed true.
At that time, Michelle was already at the venue and was warming up for the match. There are eight girls, so Michelle will fight on the three matches until the championship. Michelle knows that she will win because she had gone through more than this fight. Even the elite forces of the AFP and PNP will have difficulty with the training that Michelle went through.
"Ladies and gentlemen, our first fight for the women's category tonight is between Magayon and Dark Rose! Let the fight begin!" The announcer shouted.
Magayon is her alias in MMA fight which suits her as she looks like an angel in beauty but dangerous. Magayon is a beautiful fairy in Philippine mythology.
In an instant the two women fought. Michelle's opponent is muscular and looks like a man, so many thought that Michelle would lose, but to everyone's surprise, Michelle played the opponent like a child and defeated her opponent via knock out.
Loud applause could be heard from the audience when the referee raised Michelle's hand.
The same thing happened in Michelle's next match against Busty Beast. Michelle won via submission.
"Michelle, you didn't even break a sweat! You said that you're getting rusty?" Emy said laughing as she and Michelle went to the dressing room.
"The next one is pretty good so I might start sweating!" Michelle said jokingly.
The fights are done alternately so the male participants will fight after the female fighters. When Michelle got down to the ring, John was walking out of his room so the two did not see each other.
Eventually John won all of his matches and he will meet the next fighter in the championship round soon.
"Brother Nikko! The girl who won the fight earlier is so gorgeous! I thought I saw Wonder Woman in person! I even think she can put a male fighter to sleep! She is awesome!" Marvin said.
"What? Too bad we can't watch it. We need to be in the dressing room so we won't get distracted!" Nikko said.
The championship round has arrived for the women's division. Michelle's opponent is the reigning champion, Ronda Rapido, who is known to be cruel to her opponent.
"Michelle, you seem to be at a loss against your opponent." Emy said shaking her head.
"Why auntie?" Michelle asked in surprise.
"You are so beautiful that the bruises or wounds are obvious when you are hit, but look at who you are fighting against. No matter how many punches and kicks you land to her face, it won't be noticeable!" Emy said laughing.
