Someone recommended to Obet an event coordinator who owns a restaurant so Obet met with the owner of the restaurant. The owner is a young man in his late 20's who was obviously born with silver spoon.
"Hello Obet! I'm Condrado, the owner of Astrape Events and Place. And this is my assistant Annie." Conrado said.
"Hi Conrado. It's my friend who wants to have a surprise party for his girlfriend and I'll be the only one who will coordinate everything needed." Obet said and told the details to Condrado.
John decided to throw a surprise party on Sarah's birthday so that he could really make Sarah happy. By that time the result of the board examination will be out.
After the conversation, the two parted happily. The assistant Annie took care of everything and took all the necessary information from Obet.
Condrado decided to take a walk inside the camp first, so he walked around until he ended up in the canteen where Sarah was. When Condrado saw Sarah, he was immediately got interested with the girl so he went to see her immediately.
Condrado's elegance is evident in his expensive formal wear and jewelries. He also looks good somehow but can't be really called handsome. He dressed and behaved decently which attracted the attention of Sarah's aunt and mother.
"That's the kind of man that suits you Sarah!" Sarah's aunt commented as she approached the girl who was busy fixing the skirting of the table.
"Hello, good morning. Are you the owner of the catering service here?" Conrado asked in a polite question.
"Yes, we are the owners. Can we help you with anything?" Sarah's mother said kindly.
"I'm Condrado and I'm the owner of Astrape Events and Place. I saw that there is a catering service here and I was thinking if we could talk about business!" He said confidently.
"Sure! Wait, let me introduce you to my daughter. She is Sarah." And the mother introduced Sarah to Condrado.
When Sarah saw Condrado, she couldn't help but compare John to him. He looks decent, rich and educated. Something that John doesn't have. Well, John is decent as a person but not in the way he dresses.
"Nice to meet you Sarah! Looks like I'll be coming here very often!" He jokingly said to Sarah indicating that he likes the girl.
Condrado and Sarah had a long conversation with Sarah's mother and aunt. They were impressed with Condrado because of the way he talks. Since he is a businessman, it is easy for him to impress Sarah's mother and aunt.
"I'm going to bid goodbye Sarah. I'll add you on Facebook and I hope we can be friends!" Condrado said with a smile and shook Sarah's hand before walking out of the canteen.
"Sarah, now you must have seen the gap between him and John. That man likes you so you can let John go!" Sarah's mother said.
"Mom! I just met Condrado and that's what immediately came to your mind!" Sarah said annoyed.
"As for me, the opportunity only comes once, so don't miss it!" Sarah's mother said.
Sarah ignored what her mother said but it stuck in her mind. She loves John but what fate awaits her with that man?
Soon the police recruits started to arrive. After they ate, John came from reviewing and set the canteen aside. When he finished, he approached Sarah and happily greeted her.
"Hello love! How's your day? Your birthday is coming up next month! Why is it that you seem not to be in a good mood?" John said when he noticed that Sarah was motionless.
