Famous Designer Carina Deluca Cheated on Former Husband Antonio Bernardi With High School Sweetheart And Now Assistant Maya Bishop while possibly pregnant with second child.

That's the note that was released 2 days ago. Since then Maya nor Carina had left the house. They didn't feel safe taking Gio out anywhere especially since there were reporters everywhere waiting for a statement that Carina didn't want to give them.

Carina nor Maya had shown up to work either since the note was released. But today they had no choice since Carina had an important meeting with a client from Milan that she couldn't miss. She told Maya she didn't have to go with her but Maya insisted on going.

Carina called Gio's babysitter and gave her specific instructions that she wasn't allowed to open the door to anyone for any reason. Gio was upset because she couldn't go to work with Carina so she was trying to calm her down.

"Bambina I'm sorry but you can't come today amore it's not safe." Carina said bending down to Gio's height and held her hands.

"I want to go mamma. I want to go with you and Maya." Gio said crying. Carina was at a loss. No matter what she said to Gio it didn't work. Gio would cry more and Carina was losing the patience she had. Maya noticed how she could lose it at any moment so she decided to step in and help her.

"Hey Gio. It's ok look me and mamma are going to work just for a little while but then we'll come back and we can have a movie night with pizza." Maya said also bending down to Gio's height.

"Can we also have gelato?" Gio asked before she sniffled and wiped her tears.

"Yes amore. A movie night with pizza and gelato but you have to be a good girl and listen to Lucy ok?" Carina said looking at Gio as she wiped her face.

If Maya wasn't there to help Carina she wouldn't have a choice but to leave Gio crying. She was grateful for Maya who actually calmed her down. Once Gio was calm and she stopped crying Carina and Maya made their way to the office.

Once they arrived they were met with about a dozen or more reporters with cameras and microphones. Carina knew that there was going to be reporters but not as many as she saw.

"Crap. It's more people then I thought." Carina said as she let a groan out.

"It's ok my love we just have to get inside the office." Maya said as she held her hand trying to reassure Carina who in return nodded and smiled softly at Maya.

"I love you." Carina said as she leaned into Maya and gave her a couple kisses.

After they pulled away Carina called security guards Ben and Dean to help escort them in mostly because she knew how crazy the reporters could get and she didn't want Maya getting hurt.

When Ben and Dean made it Carina told Maya to head to the building first. Maya was hesitant on leaving Carina alone but eventually Carina convinced her. She quickly kissed Carina.

"Remember bella don't answer anything at all. Don't react because that's what they are looking for a reaction." Carina said as she held Maya's face in her hands.

After one last kiss Ben helped her out of the car. As soon as Maya stepped out of the car the reporters started swarming in and yelling questions at Maya.
