"MAYA!" Carina said as she put her hands over her face.

"I agreed to one dog Maya! One and you get her two!?" Carina said as she was pacing around the room.

"I promise we'll make it work! It's just there was videos and pictures of Jeff and Ford. Who am I to separate two best friends? And then there was Gio with her little pout... I can't say no to Gio's pout." Maya said looking at Carina who just stared at her.

"Bambina.... You have to learn say no to her sometimes bella. If not she's going to think that when I say no all she has to do is go to you so you can say yes." Carina said going up to Maya and holding her hand.

"I know I just don't want to seem like the bad person." Maya said letting out a breath.

"Bambina you saying no does not make you the bad person. Trust me I hate saying no to Gio as well. I wish I could say yes to everything she asks for but she has to learn that she can't get everything she wants just with a lip pout. Then she's going to think that's how life works." Carina said caressing Maya's face.

"You're right... I'm sorry. See I told you I'd be a horrible mom." Maya said looking at Carina.

"You won't bella. You just need practice." Maya said before giving Maya a kiss.

The rest of the day went as plan. Maya and Gio started looking for everything the dog would need to have when they got there. Soon after it was Gio's bedtime and she insisted on Maya putting her to bed and of course Maya agreed.

After a while Maya never made it back downstairs so Carina went to go look for her only to find both her and Gio fast asleep. Carina thought it was the cutest thing so she let her sleep.

"Like I suspected she fell asleep with Gio." Carina said with a smile as she sat on the couch next to Gabriella who was choosing a movie.

"She's good for you and Gio. I'm happy you found her." Gabriella said making Carina smile.

"I missed hanging out like this with you. I won't be ready for when you head back home." Carina laying her head on Gabriella's shoulder.

"Maybe I won't have to go back home." Gabriella said looking down at Carina who instantly sat up.

"Wait what!? Why? You always said you would never like to live in the States." Carina asked looking at Gabriella confused.

"I might have met someone.... Recently...." Gabriella said making Carina now stand up.

"You what!? Gabriella why haven't you said anything!" Carina said smacking Gabriella's shoulder.

"I mean you've been busy with court and your papa..." Gabriella tired explaining.

"Gabriella even if im busy or stressed I would still love to hear about who stole my best friend's heart! I mean you got it bad if you are literally thinking about moving to the states! " Carina said sitting back down next to Gabriella.

"I just wanted to make sure you were okay first." Gabriella said looking at Carina with a smile.

"I love you you know that?" Carina said before hugging her.

"Now tell me who this person is. Is it a girl? How did you meet them?" Carina said now wanting all the answers.

"You kinda already know who he is...." Gabriella said looking down and then up.

"Wait. who? He?" Carina asked confused again.

"Tell you what next week I'll make dinner and invite him over." Gabriella said making Carina smile and nod.
