"Well I called to let you know that Papa is no longer going back to Italy. He's staying in the States. " Andrew said making Carina immediately look at him.

"What? Why!? What could he possibly want in the States besides make my life a living hell." Carina said now pissed.

"Carina papa is sick-" Andrew tried to say before Carina stopped him.

"I know he is sick Andrea! Many people live with bipolar! He's not the only one! Can you stop making excuses!!" Carina said looking at Andrew who was just nodded.

"It's not an excuse Carina... anyway he met someone while he was here and somehow she convinced him to move to the states."Andrew said rubbing his head.

"Ok? How is that my problem in any way besides the fact that he is probably going to be around a lot more meaning I won't be able to see Maya as much anymore." Carina said rolling her eyes and looked back at her phone.

"The thing is this lady is our age or younger! She's obsessed with papa for obvious reasons and papa is to oblivious to see that all she wants is his money. No matter what I tell him he doesn't listen and says he is in love." Andrew said looking at Carina who just looked at him with wide eyes before she began to laugh.

"Carina... It's not funny." Andrew said glaring at her.

"I'm sorry Andrea but that is not your problem and it's definitely not mine. If Papa wants to think that he is in love then let him be. He's done it before and I've learned to not get involved in any of that." Carina said waving Andrew off.

"You don't understand Carnia this lady is insane and papa gives her everything she wants. Apparently today they are going to the dealership to get her a new car." Andrew said stopping Carina from leaving.

"Andrea what do you want me to do? If he doesn't listen to you what makes you think he will listen to me? He never listens to anyone. I have more important things to worry about." Carina said before walking off.

Maya eventually made it to work 10 min after Carina. The day was going good so far. Carina had back to back meetings and phone calls while Maya was helping Andrew with a presentation he needed to do for a meeting. As much as she loved working for Andrew she missed working for Carina.

"I have to go take these files up to Carina real quick you can start on the second part of the presentation if you want." Andrew said getting up from his desk.

"I'll take them!" Maya said quickly making Andrew shake his head.

"No! If you go up there you won't be back anytime soon. I know you." Andrew said looking at Maya.

"Come on I haven't seen her all day except when she first got here for 2 minutes! Just give me 10 minutes and I'll be back!" Maya said pleading.

"fine if your not down here in ten minutes you'll do overtime." Andrew said pointing at Maya and handing her the files.

"Yes ten minutes!" Maya said as she headed to the door.

Once Maya made it up to Carina's floor she was greeted by Vic who was typing something.

"Hey blondie. Fancy seeing you here. She just finished up with a stressful meeting so I'm sure she'd love to see you." Vic said with a smile as she pointed to Carina's office.

"Thanks Vic! " Maya said with a smile as she headed to the office.

Maya slightly knocked and waited for a reply so she could open the door. When she heard Carina say come in she walked in and Carina instantly gave her a sad smile and went up to her wrapping her arms around her. Maya knew something was up.
