Chapter 50: Gear

Izuku was currently getting dressed in the bathroom for the morning after a shower in. He was wearing casual clothes plus his new jacket.

It has been a week since Shinso has joined them and it has been interesting. He is very far behind in terms of hero classes by a full semester. He is taking extra classes after school and for two hours every other Saturday. Because of this he will be unable to participate in the midterms since they have been informed there are two parts. Paper test and a heroic practice.

After he got dressed he was getting ready to leave but he heard Nejire who was still in his bed speak, "Honey?"

He turned with a smile, "H-Hey sweetie!"

"Where are you headed?"

"Oh well I promised Shinso I will help him with some things with being a hero in training. Gear ideas, hero suit designs, training regimen, and some other things. He is behind by a lot so it's gonna take all day and probably all day tomorrow. I got lucky that Mr. Aizawa is teaching him how to use his capture scarf so that's one gear item and part of his suit down. Just have to figure out everything else out. Which is proving hard."

She nodded, "Alright sweetie. Do you mind if I do some school work in here? All the third years have had the last couple days off from work studies for some reason. And since it has been forever since that happened it is chaotic as hell. No peace and quiet."

He chuckled, "Can't say I am ready for that to happen during my third year. But yeah no problem. I will tell the others so they leave you alone. And I will go ahead and warn Mineta if he tries to enter me and you will have a competition to see who kicks him higher."

She smiled, "You get me. Oh! Let me see your neck real quick. I wanna see how it is doing."

He sat next to her and showed his neck.

She kissed his cheek, "You are all good! Do you know what that means?"

He nodded with a smile, "R-Really?"

She nodded and opened up the nightstand on her side of the bed and brought out the day collar, "Tilt your head down baby."

He immediately did so and she wrapped it around his neck and locked it in place.

She rubbed his head, "Alright honey. Now give me a kiss."

He kissed her immediately and she could swear with the happiness he was radiating if he had a dog tail it would be wagging non-stop.

Once he pulled off he spoke, "S-Sorry. I-I just really wanted to do that."

She chuckled and rubbed his cheek, "I understand honey. Now you have things to do. Don't leave Shinso waiting."

He nodded, got up, and left his dorm.

Once he arrived at his destination he knocked on the door, "Shinso you in there?"

No response and he sighed, "Dammit Shinso."

He twisted the door knob and it opened, "I thought you would still be...awake...and your not here."

He pulled out his phone and called him.

Suddenly he heard ringing from the room over. Kyoka Jiro's room.

He walked out of Shinso's room and knocked on her door, "Jiro?"

"Come in!"

He opened the door and he saw Shinso with his phone in his hand who had yet to notice him, "Wonder why Midoriya called me?"

"Because I said I would help you with some things today and tomorrow."

"Ah!" Shinso dropped his phone and held his chest, "You scared the shit out of me!"
