Chapter 73: Special Moves

All of Class 1-A met up at Gym Alpha.

Mr. Aizawa spoke, "Ok! Listen up! For the next two weeks all of you will be coming up with special moves! If you want to participate in the Provisional License exam you must have at the very least one! So get to work!"

Everyone nodded and picked their own unique areas.

Izuku Midoriya took to the ceiling and stuck his feet to it using Black Whip.

He just didn't know what special moves he could make.

The quirks he got from One for All where powerful yes but making special moves?

Fa Jin and Gearshift had to be used with One for All in order to get a proper use out of them.

Float was the same but for a different reason. If he wanted to use Float at higher speeds he need to have One for All active for the boost it gave to his body. If he were to use Float at max speed without it active it would tear his skin off his body and kill him.

Smokescreen was to simple of a quirk to make any special moves. The name says exactly what it does.

Danger Sense fell into the same boat as Smokescreen.

So he really only had three options. One for All, Black Whip, and his pulse attack.

The Black Whip tendrils on his feet extended and he went down in front of Mr. Aizawa, "Hey Mr. Aizawa. Question?"

Mr. Aizawa looked up, "Why are you upside down and hanging from the ceiling?"

"Because why not?"

"You are singly handily the reason I now drink."

"Hey! I am not that bad!"

"You are literally hanging from the ceiling."

"Ok point taken."

"Ok so what was your question?"

"Could I count me being able to stick to walls as a special move?"

"No."

"Oh come on!"

"I said you have to create a special move. Meaning any moves created before hand don't count. Bakugou asked the same question with his Howitzer Impact. The entire point of this is for you to get creative. Got it?"

Izuku sighed, "Yeah."

"You having trouble?"

"That's an understatement. To say my quirks are not very versatile is an understatement. They do what they do."

"What about your new quirks?"

"Those are off the table. Can't make moves out of them."

"Hm. Well you have had Black Whip and One for All the longest. How about your pulse attack? I haven't seen you train with that much besides the training camp."

"I mean I can try."

"Good. If you can not figure out anything then we can talk. But I want you to actually train. And I know you will."

"Got it!"

Izuku whipped back up to the ceiling and started thinking. What ways could he change his pulse attack.

As he was thinking he started looking around and saw Bakugou attempting a new move.

As he was doing this it made Izuku get an idea and made him realize something.

Izuku smirked and got to training.

*Hours Later*

All of Class 1-A had just gotten back to their dorms.
