Chapter 87: Breakfast

Izuku had just arrived back at the dorms to make breakfast for Eri, Nejire, and himself.

As he was making breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs (The only eggs he can make), bacon, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls.

As he was cooking Kacchan walked in, "Now what the hell?"

Izuku looked up, "Huh?"

"You are making six different things at once. I doubt you three can eat all that."

"If all three of us were normal your right. But I am not."

"The hell you talking about?"

"When I use my quirk for extended periods of time or use it multiple times in a day it burns through a lot. Because my quirk makes everything about me better and faster. Including my organs. My heart beats faster, my lungs can take in more oxygen, and more. But the main one is that with my heart beating faster I burn through calories faster. So I need to eat a lot."

"So in a way your kind of like The Flash from those old comic books and Yaoyorozu?"

He nodded, "In a way yes. So in order to compensate for that I have to eat a lot."

"Is that why you aren't included on the grocery order anymore?"

"Yep. It's also why we now have a second fridge with a hand scanner on it. Only I can open it. I discovered this fact about myself shortly after my fight with Sukuna."

"Why then specifically?"

"Well as I was able to handle more of One for All it increases more. But I didn't notice any big changes until I got past I wanna say 40%."

"Why is that?"

"One for All isn't just a simple power boost. My 100% isn't my 1% times 100. It's a lot more then that. But as I continued to increase in my percentage."

"The power difference between percentages got bigger and bigger. Kind of makes sense."

"Your right."

Izuku's black whip tendrils that he was using to make food finished, "Ok so breakfast is done."

"I hate the fact you can do that with just one quirk."

He then opened up Izuku's fridge which he never locked, "WHAT THE HELL! THIS DAMN FRIDGE IS PACKED FULL OF SHIT!"

Izuku nodded, "Yes. Now can you please stop cursing? Eri will be down here soon."

"Ugh. God now I need to watch my language."

"I watch mine. So does Nejire. We only had one slip up so far."

"Slip up? What happened?"

"Well Nejire was helping Eri clean up in a bath and I stubbed my toe and maybe said some choice words that Nejire heard. She doesn't think Eri heard because she had shampoo in her hair and it covered her ears. But I still count that as a slip."

He nodded, "Makes sense. Also I need to kill you."

"Why?"

"You remember a couple days ago you said I should visit home more often?"

He nodded, "Yeah what about it."

Izuku's brain then connected the dots and he started laughing, "HAHAHAHA!"

"SHUT IT! THIS ISN'T FUNNY!"

"YOUR RIGHT! IT'S HAILAIRIOUS!"

"I AM GONNA HIT YOU!"

Izuku spoke through laughs, "YOUR GONNA BE A BROTHER!"

"I KNOW! AND I HATE IT!"

Izuku contained himself while chuckling, "Why?"
