Chapter 76: Aftermath

The room was dead silent. Even Nedzu was not speaking.

"W-What? T-There i-is n-no w-way. M-My p-parents d-divorced w-when I-I w-was s-six. I-I t-turn n-nineteen tomorrow. W-What?"

She nodded, "I-I know. I-It's h-hard to b-believe."

Izuku sat down, "I knew Hisashi was a piece of shit. But an affair?"

She sat next to him, "I-I know. I-I only found out after I did an DNA test to reach out to my m-moms parents after s-she passed."

She handed him the DNA test which proved what she said, "I-I'm s-so sorry."

"I-It's ok. M-My. Or o-our dad came back from overseas when i-it happened. Which w-was a little b-before the sports festival."

Izuku rubbed his forehead, "So he had two agendas."

She nodded, "A-After I figured it o-out I confronted him. A-And h-he."

She rubbed her right arm which Izuku now noticed was bruised.

Izuku grabbed her hand, "Did h-he?"

She nodded but she gave him a smile, "I-It's ok! H-He d-does this when I p-push his b-buttons. A-And when I h-have to g-get my r-refills on Insulin s-since it cost s-so much."

Izuku stood up, "I-I. That's now how that works! Parents don't beat there kids!"

"D-Did y-your m-mom n-not?"

"No! The only abusive parents I know is Todoroki's dad and Bakugou's mom! Endeavor because he is a prick right up there with Hisashi! And Auntie Mitsuki because Bakugou has an ego the size of the galaxy! Parents don't beat there kids! They shouldn't Midoriya!"

"T-They s-shouldn't? Y-You s-sure?"

"I-I'm not sure on a lot of things! But parents beating there kids! That I am sure of! They should never do that Midoriya! And he beat you over finding out that he had another family! And when he needs to do his job over your medicine! And I know his job! He has great health insurance! He shouldn't have to pay for it!"

"H-He d-doesn't. H-He does t-this b-because i-it means i-it's another s-stop for him."

"What!? Oh i swear when I get my hands on him I swear to god!"

"I-I d-don't want him h-hurt!"

Izuku looked at her and rubbed his temple, "He w-won't be hurt. H-He. He needs to go to jail Midoriya! God that sounds weird coming from me. C-Can w-we just use f-first name please. This is getting confusing."

She nodded, "Y-Yeah. B-But i-if he g-goes to jail I-I won't h-have a place t-to live!"

"I-I will figure something out! Look we may not know each other but we are related. And I would never let a sibling of mine be homeless over something like this."

"R-Really? Y-You would d-do that f-for me?"

"Y-Yeah. I-I. I need to make a call. J-Just give me o-one second."

"O-Ok."

Izuku stepped out and Bakugou was calling him and he answered, "Deku! Are you not coming!?"

"N-No. I-I. I just had a bombshell and a half drop on me."

"What happened?"

"W-Well how would you like to help me arrest Hisashi for abusing my sister who is fifteen meaning he had an affair with my mother."

"Hell yeah! W-Wait!? W-What! Give me a second so people can't hear me yell!"

They waited a minute before Bakugou reached the roof of the dorm, "SO THAT PIECE OF SHIT SPERM DONOR CHEATED ON AUNTIE INKO! HAD ANOTHER KID! AND BEATS HER! AND YOU HAVE A DAMN SISTER! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED IN THE LAST TEN MINUTES!?"
