Raat mein hi jaagte hain ye gunaahon
Ke ghar in ki raahein, khole baahein
Jo bhi aaye idhar ye hai gumraahon ka raasta muskaanein jhoothi hain
Pehchaanein jhoothi hain rangeeni hai chhaayi Phir bhi hai tanhaayi ♡

Author's POV:

As soon as shivani heard the car sound, she rushed out and found the hall empty. She looked at the clock, which was showing three in the morning.

Her tearful eyes fell on the nuptial chain that she threw some time ago and rushed towards it. With shaky hands, she picked it up and kissed it as tears fell down her cheeks. This ment everything to her. In fact, nothing else mattered to her except for Abhi.

Today she saw him breaking in front of her eyes and she did nothing to hold him together. She broke him beyond repair, but it was hurting her more than it could hurt him.

"I... I a...am sor....sorry Abhi but this is best for us and your family" she said looking at the chain in her hand and press it closer to her chest, A sob left her throat and she couldn't stop herself from breaking down anymore.

Her body shook as she cried bitterly. She felt lonely. Just like before, there was no one to hold her or to console her.

Both were suffering, just the difference was she was aware of the hurt she was causing him, and he was unaware of everything she was going through, but was it his fault? Definitely not because this is what she wanted and this is what she thought was right.

But does it ever go as we plan? Life often unfolds in ways we least expect, with our plans rarely aligning perfectly with reality.90 times out of 100 it doesn't go as we plan, and that's because what we think we are doing right is not necessarily the right thing for us.

Shivani may believe she's acting in everyone's best interest by allowing Abhimanyu to remain in the dark, but is this truly the right path? How long will she manage to keep him in misunderstanding?

Here she has forgotten that it's not them who chose to unite this time, but it's their fate who got them together. How long will she manage to keep things hidden when, despite her efforts, destiny will be the one reviling the truth? Can Shivani continue to defy fate or will the unavoidable unveiling of reality demand its due justice, even at the cost of destruction along the way?

Two days later

Getting out of the car, Shelly briskly made her way towards a towering building, her expression unreadable. She had planed to head to the hospital, but on her way, she received news that her brother had returned to India after three -years.
