you walk out to the kitchen and make a coffee for you and Tim

you take a sip of your coffee and walk to the bathroom to do your makeup. you finish your makeup and change into the pair of extra clothes you brought to work yesterday

T: "ready to go?"
Y: "yep"
T: "took you long enough." he laughs
Y: "shut up let's go."
T: "no breakfast?"
Y: "not hungry."
T: "alright let's go."

you walk to your car and drive to the station. you get there and head to the change room

L: "how did it go? will he go easy on me?"
Y: "yeah he told me he would but if he doesn't then tell me and i'll slap him for you."
L: "yes ma'am."

you get into your uniform and walk to the roll call room. Grey explains the day and lets you go

you walk to the shop with Angela after getting the war bags

A: "are your legs okay? you're walking really weird"
Y: "yeah they're fine.." you lie
A: "mhmmm.."
Y: "what!? they are!"

you get in the shop and get your phone out after getting a message as Angela is pulling out onto the road

Dispatch: "7-Adam-07 we have a 2-11 in progress at 497 willow Drive."
Y: "7-Adam-07 show us responding"
you turn on the lights and sirens as Angela starts to speed up towards the location
A: "let's go get 'em boot."

Y: "never call me boot again you'll make me get triggered when i go boot shopping."

you walk into the building
Y: "LAPD PUT YOUR HANDS UP!"

A: "nice one. you wanna go to the station for lunch with everyone else or go to the food truck?"
