"again."

"i'm sorry for disappearing for the past 5 years."

"again."

"i'm sorry for lying to you."

after the tearful reunion, you were now subject to give an apology.

you were currently kneeling in front of a raging Anri.

"i-i think that's enough, Anri-san. she looks like she really regretted what she did."

Anri is really scary when she's angry.

Anri sighed before looking at you. "[Name]. please, don't do something like this again. you always run off on your own."

you looked down, guilt seeping in your chest. "sorry..." that was all you could bare to say.

"you're going to have to make it up to all of us, [Name].

"yes, yes, i know."

what you didn't expect was that Anri had busted you out to go have fun.

under the canopy of a starlit sky, you and Anri found yoursleves on the outskirts of a bustling city, the distant hum of traffic a faint echo in the night.

the two of you had escaped the confines of the hospital, seeking solace in the embrace of the open air.

as you and Anri walked side by side along the deserted streets, the weight of your shared history hung heavy in the air.

Anri's presence was a familiar comfort to you, a constant reminder of the bonds that had shaped their lives.

with a soft sigh, Anri turned to you, her expression open and vulnerable. "i've missed this," she confessed, her voice tinged with longing.

"just being able to spend time together, away from the chaos of the world."

you nodded in agreement, a wistful smile playing at the corners of your lips. "me too," you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper.

"it feels like a lifetime since we last had a chance to just... be."

as you wandered through the quiet streets, you found yourselves drawn to a small park nestled amidst the towering skyscrapers.

the air was filled with the sweet scent of flowers in bloom, the soft rustle of leaves a soothing melody against the backdrop of the city's ceaseless clamor.

finding a secluded bench beneath the spreading branches of an ancient oak tree, you and Anri settled in, your conversation flowing effortlessly like water cascading over smooth stones.

the two of you spoke of hopes and dreams, fears and uncertainties, your words a testament to the depth of their bond.

but amidst the laughter and shared reminiscences, there was an unspoken understanding, a silent acknowledgment of the challenges that lay ahead.

for you, the road ahead was fraught with peril, your path obscured by shadows and uncertainty.

as the night wore on and the stars began to fade, you and Anri sat together in companionable silence, and as the first light of dawn painted the sky in hues of pink and gold, you were glad that Anri was still by your side.

in the sleek confines of a modern skyscraper, with panoramic views stretching out over the cityscape below, you and Noa found yourselves engrossed in a conversation about a potential trip to Malaysia.

the soft hum of activity surrounded you as the two of you occupied a quiet corner of the bustling building, your voices blending with the ambient sounds of ringing phones and clicking keyboards.

you were currently in the JFU building, the place where Anri works. Noa wanted to meet you, but you didn't expect that it was for a fucking school trip.

"Noa, i really appreciate the offer," you began, your tone tinged with regret as you glanced out at the gleaming skyline beyond the windows.

"but I can't just drop everything and go on a trip right now. I need to stay focused on my training. Carceron, no, Pontus is strong."

Noa's expression softened, a flicker of disappointment crossing his features before he nodded understandingly. "i understand, [Name]," he replied, his voice calm and measured.

"but sometimes, a change of scenery can do wonders for your mindset. plus, it's important to give yourself some time to relax and recharge."

you hesitated, torn between your commitment to your goals and the temptation of Noa's proposition.

the thought of exploring new places and experiencing different cultures was undeniably appealing, but you knew that achieving your dreams required unwavering dedication and sacrifice.

my brother.

my brother is suffering.

and i'm going to go on a goddamn trip?

"i know, Noa," you conceded, your voice tinged with uncertainty. "but I'm so close to finding my brother. i can't afford to lose focus now."

Noa nodded empathetically, his gaze unwavering as he met your eyes. "i get it, [Name]," he murmured.

"but trust me when I say that taking a break won't set you back. in fact, it might just give you the fresh perspective and renewed energy you need to push through to the next level."

you considered Noa's words, a sense of unease gnawing at the edges of your resolve.

you had always prided yourself on your relentless determination, but perhaps Noa had a point. maybe a brief respite from your training routine wouldn't hurt.

"but what about my brother?" you protested, your voice laced with doubt. "what if he dies while i'm enjoying this trip?"

Noa reached out, his hand finding yours with gentle reassurance. "it will be fine, [Name]," he insisted, his tone firm yet reassuring.

"you're one of the most driven and talented people i know. trust yourself, and trust that a little time away won't diminish your skills or your drive."

"besides, Ego, Anri and myself will be staying back. we'll alert you if anything happens."

as you weighed Noa's words, you felt a sense of clarity wash over you, a newfound understanding of the importance of balance in your pursuit of revenge.

with a hesitant smile, you nodded, your decision made.

"alright, Noel," you conceded, your voice filled with determination.

"i'll go to Malaysia."

and so that was the backstory on why you woke up at 5 in the fucking morning.

when you arrived at the airport, it was surprisingly noisy.

not because of the working conditions or the sound of the airplanes engines, but it was because of a ruckus of a certain group.

that certain group consisted of your old friends from Blue Lock.

it was a large group, consisting of Loki, Charles, Aiku, Sae, Rin, Nagi, Shidou, Isagi, Bachira, Kaiser, Ness, Karasu, Kurona, Barou, Otoya, Chigiri, Reo and Yukimiya.

18 boys.

1 woman.

what could go wrong?

- this trip would soon go down in history as the trip that [Name] most cherishes.
