SOPHIA'S POV

I wanted to ask the guy his name, but it would've been too weird to do that after he had been holding my hand for so long. And honestly, it had felt so good. 

So I asked him instead, "Do you play badminton?" 

His hot voice replied, "Yeah, I play badminton. Do you want to play right now?"

I said, "I have nothing better to do."

We met at the badminton court in ten minutes and honestly, I couldn't stop staring at him. Every time I looked it him, it was like the first time, my breath hitched, my mind went numb. 

Sophia, get a fucking grip. I told myself sternly. He is just an acquaintance.

I practiced badminton with him next and he was so good at that too. I was good in all of the sports except soccer, I was a sports prodigy. That was a lesser-known fact about me, since my parents couldn't care less to know what things I was good at.

After the match, I stretched out my hand for the handshake. I just wanted to touch his hand again. It felt like sparks every time I touched him. He had won the match, but there was not much of difference in the score.

He took my hand and asked me, "What is your name?"

Thank god he had asked me my name. I had been dying to know his. "Sophia. Yours?"

"I'm Aiden. You're really pretty." He mumbled. 

I had heard what he had said but to give him the 'benefit of doubt' I said, "I didn't catch that."

"I'm Aiden, what's your next class?" He said a little more loudly. He seemed a bit lost after the badminton match. 

"I have Regulation of International Finance." I told him.

I looked at Aiden's eyes. They looked black. And this time, I was sure I wasn't imagining it.

"Aiden, your eyes..." I started
