SOPHIA'S POV

I did my assignment, turned it in and then opened my closet deciding on what to wear for the party. I had a really cute spaghetti dress, but I didn't want to be uncomfortable or have any mishaps when I was drunk. So I went for the safer option, a three piece, consisting of a tank top, over jacket and a skirt that almost reached mid-thigh.

I went over to Amber's dorm, as she needed my opinion on what to wear and knocked on the door. She opened it in half a millisecond and showed me all her clothes.

"These clothes are amazing!" I said starstruck. They were the hottest clothes I'd ever seen. "Can I borrow all of them?"

Amber laughed and said, "Sure." I picked out a beautiful off-shoulder burgundy dress, which complemented her red hair and brown eyes perfectly.

I did her hair upon her insistence and curled her hair into proper, bouncy curls that looked gorgeous. I enviously said, "I wish I had hair like you."

"What are you talking about? Your hair look like they've been made by god himself." She said.

I mischievously smiled and said, "So who are you dressing up for?"

"Me? No one. You, on the other hand, are dressing up for Aiden." She deflected the conversation perfectly.

My face must've flushed red, even under the layer of makeup I had applied. "What...? No... Who even is that?"

"Don't kid yourself, Cooper." Amber said jokingly.

My face, still red and embarrassed, yelled out, "Okay! I might be a tiny bit attracted to him.  So what? I'm pretty sure many girls are!"

I heard her utter, "Not like you are."

"What do you even mean by that?" I stormed. This was still a very touchy subject for me, since I'd decided that guys were a distraction.

"Nothing! Let's go, shall we?" Amber headed towards the door. I followed.
