20. Breaking Rule.

I was now in Mr. Oberoi building's basement. I have all access of canera place there. So I can see and hear them all. His arriving time is near. He might be here within 20 minutes.

Mr. Shetty arrived. Ary is with Adi and Shrey handling them in my room. And i am in my living room with Mr. Shetty.
"Welcome Mr. Shetty" i greeted and handshake with him.
"Thanks Mr. Oberoi." He said.
"So, let's sign the final paper and be my partner." I said.
"Yes Mr. Oberoi" he said and i made him sit.

I handed him the deal paper. In this paper, there is written the benifits and some clauses of our patnership. I know he will read the papers, so in handed him that, so he can read and trust me. I was siting beside him for him there was a glass for him of juice. Ofcourse he is my guest i have to take care of him. (Note the sarcasm)..
He read all the papers and was signing when suddenly i intensionally make the pen fell behind. And i know he will move backward to grab it cause am not moving from place.
He moved backward to take it and i immediately made other paper mix between it.
He take the pen and sign the deal.
Woah, that's easy.

"Now we are finally buisness partners Mr. Shetty, Congrats". I handshaked with him.

"Come Mr. Shetty, have a dinner" i insist.
"Sorry Mr. Oberoi but I have to go, next time". He politely denied.

But no man. The game is yet to start. How can you move early without watching a movie.
"Oh Mr. Shetty but atleast meet you partner first" i smirked.
"I already met you Mr. Oberoi" he said confusingly.
"Am talking about the main partner Mr. Shetty" i smirked.
"Means?" He asked.
"Oh wait for a minute i will call him" i said.

Already my bodyguards are everywhere in building so that he can't escape. And i called Ary.
He came downstairs. And Mr. Shetty's face was worth watching. Obviously because everyone knows that we are rivals so yeah.

"Mr. Malhotra?" He asked.
"Yes, Mr. Shetty, nice to meet you" he smirked.
And i think Mr. Shetty is getting everything that he is the main partner. Because of his expressions.

"You are my partner?". He asked.
"Oh no, Mr. Shetty, Someone else is" he said.
And this time I was shocked.

"What's going here?" Adi and Shrey asked.
"You will get to know it, wait and watch". Ary said.

"Yes, so Mr. Shetty coming to you, you know the rules of buisness. If you sign the same deal with company who is giving you a term in clause that 'If you are signing this deal with me, then That company don't want other partners in this deal' and you read that clause and sign the deal with company. But then you break the rule and include other buisness partner in deal without knowing that first partner then it is considered as Abide. And that person can sue you also, for this to break his terms and conditions." He says roaming around him in circle.
"I know Mr. Malhotra about it very well. We can't break the conditions written on that deal papers after signing". He said.
"Good Knowledge. Mr. Shetty, atleast you know the rules". He said and smirked.
"You know why am telling you this?" Ary asked further.
"N-No" he stammered.
"Well you know Mr. Shetty, you first signed your deal with The CEO of A&A Co. On making them 40 percent of partners.."
And i was shocked A&A Co. I thought it's his company's deal paper.
"They had condition 'they don't want any other partner' but still you signed the paper with my company, So now we both companies can sue you" he evilly smirked.
And I was hell confused now. And The same goes to Adi and Shrey also.

"But i signed the deal with Mr. Oberoi". He said confidently.
"No, Mr. Shetty the papers are replaced." He smirked around rounding him and comtinued
"First, papers were about the percentage of partnership you offer them, and the made the same paper for there company also as a proof of contract ehich you signed 1 month ago. You read the paper first but his PA drops the water on you shirt and you distract for some seconds talking with him and those papers are replaced with that paper in which it's written that you are signing the deal with A&A Co. By accepting their all terms. And today you sign the paper as Rey says to you that he wants some changes in it and he made and you read it and agreed. But agaim when you are picking pen he place My company papers in between that you are signing this deal with me also." He told him.

And Mr. Shetty is in confuse, anger, frustration, stress in every state.

" You betrayed me. I will make a case on you." Mr. Shetty warned.
"You have proof against us? Or witness? Huh?" I asked him evilly.
Obviously he didn't.
"But we have prove about you signing the papers and also witnesses. You know cameras in my company is not for show. And also there is camera in my home" i added.
"And we have witnesses also" i smirked.
"But that's not my plan. Mr. Shetty, there is someone behind you to destroy you, wanna see, wait for a minute?" He asked and miss called someone.
And Mr. Shetty run but my bodyguards caught him.
"Oh Mr. Shetty where will you go escaping us. We have your signed paper, footages, witnesses." I smirked.

And soon the elevator pinged. And Ary gesturn me, So I let that person In.

And, It's SHE.!!
