When Friday arrived, the air was charged with anticipation; it marked the meeting day, the very day Takemichi would finally unravel the purpose behind Mikey's summons. The usual meeting place quickly became a hub of activity as everyone gathered promptly. Kol and Amalie, deep in conversation beside Draken, abruptly ceased as their attention shifted to a newcomer stepping into the shrine.
Kol grinned," Look who's here".
Draken raised an intrigued eyebrow, turning to see," Hm ? Wow".
" Mitsuya did a commendable job with his uniform". Amalie commented with a smile.
" Toman's uniform and him—it's a peculiar combination". Kol added.
All eyes were on Takemichi as he confidently strolled forward. However, Amalie couldn't help but notice someone less than pleased—Kisaki, with his narrowed eyes fixed on the bleached blonde boy.
Draken, crossing his arms, greeted Takemichi with a teasing grin," Doesn't suit you at all !".
" That's what I said". Kol chimed in.
" Come on, guys, don't be too harsh. It's not that bad". Amalie sighed.
Takemichi's cheeks flushed with embarrassment," Thank you, Amalie-chan. But they are right. Totally feels like somebody dressed me up !".
" Once again... Welcome to the Tokyo Manji Gang". Draken declared.
" It's good to have you with us". Amalie added with a warm grin.
Kol smirked," Try to do your best".
Takemichi bowed with determination," Yes ! Thank you very much !".
" Yeah. Now. The meeting will start !". Draken exclaimed loudly for everyone to hear.
" Okay". Takemichi said nervously.
" This meeting is going to be crucial for you. So brace yourself !". Draken warned.
" Try not to cry too much". Kol teased mischievously.
Takemichi gulped nervously, and it didn't take long for Mikey to arrive at the top of the steps, everyone looking at him silently. But then, behind him, someone arrived that caused everyone to exclaim. Kol had a grimace of disgust as he saw the taller boy behind Mikey.
" Valhalla ?!". Some inside the gang exclaimed as they saw Hanma arriving.
Takemichi's eyes widened," What ?!".
Not even a second after Hanma arrived, Chifuyu also joined Mikey's side, and Amalie knew precisely what it was about.
" Hanma, and Chifuyu ?!". Takemichi said with surprise.
" Today's meeting will be a bumpy ride. We're here to conclude Bloody Halloween !". Draken stated.
Amalie and Kol exchanged glances as they heard all the chatter around. Everyone seemed more than unhappy that Hanma was present today, and it was understandable. Neither of the siblings liked him either.
There was a brief silence before Mikey spoke up," Bloody Halloween. Valhalla's 300 versus Toman's 150. Despite an overwhelming disadvantage, each of you held your own and claimed our victory. Shuji Hanma, vice-leader of the gang we defeated, has a message for us about Valhalla".
" Shuji Hanma here from Valhalla". He said.
As soon as Hanma spoke up, there wasn't any Toman's member who wasn't glaring at him. But Hanma seemed unfazed by this.
" Valhalla has never had a leader". Hanma continued.
Kol and Amalie restrained themselves from either scoffing or bursting out laughing when they heard this, knowing that the true puppeteer behind the scenes was Kisaki.
