A loud voice interrupts me from reading, "Yukoooooo!" Bolin pulls the book from my hands. Ever since I told him that I don't absolutely hate him for sharing my secret, he's been clinging to me like a baby turtle-duck – whenever he isn't busy with his movers.
"What?" I sit up and swipe my book back out of his hands.
"They're showing my mover at the theatre today. I think you should come." Instead of replying to him I just reopen my book and keep reading. Bolin pulls the book out of my hand again and tucks it under his arm, "I'm not giving this back until you give me an answer."
I stand up and try to rip the book out from his underarm, but he's obviously much stronger than me, "Look I know you aren't actually giving me a choice whether I want to go to this thing or not. So, if I just say nothing it will work out in my favour."
Bolin takes the book out from under his arm and raises it in the air above his head, "I am giving you a choice!"
"You are not." Seeing as I am taller than Bolin, I am easily able to pluck the book from his grip and sit back down to read.
"Please, Yuko. I really do think you'll have a good time if you come."
"Look," I close my book and put it down in my lap, "Watching you run around on a screen with barely any clothes on seems like a really fun time." I say sarcastically, "But I'm not going."
"Fine." Bolin tries to hide his pout, "But you're going to miss a great night." He marches out of the room and leaves me in silence. I sigh, lifting my book about airbenders up and continue reading about thousand-year-old men who never touched the ground.

"Asami." I knock on her door.
She quickly comes to the door and opens it to greet me, "Kazuko? Do you need something?"
"Unfortunately, I need your help," I grumble. Asami raises her brow, "You need my help? What could you possibly need help with?"
"I need you to help me look presentable for Bolin's mover premier," I say quietly, feeling ashamed.
Asami's eyes light up, "I would be happy to help out, Kazuko." Asami pulls me into her room.
I stand in front of the theatre in a long dress, rethinking every decision I've ever made in my life, "I should just go home." I grumble to myself as I pace back and forth in front of the building. I stop pacing and look back at the theatre. I suck in a breath and push past the front door, trying to ignore the entanglement of feelings in my mind.
I scan the main foyer and lock eyes with the person I'm looking for, clad in a dark green suit, "Yuko! You came!" He says with excitement.
I sigh, "I wasn't busy so I thought I might as well come." I spot a very attractive red-haired woman standing beside him. He notices that my eyes have trailed away from him and brings the red-haired woman closer to us, "Yuko, this is Ginger." He gestures to the attractive woman, "And Ginger this is Princess Kazuko."
Ginger looks me up and down, "So are you like a real princess or what?"
I stare at her blankly, "No actually, I'm not. I just pretend to be one to hide the fact that my parents are fruit stand owners." I say with the utmost sarcasm.
"Princess!" Varrick saves us from a very awkward situation, "Very nice of you to come!" He claps me on the back, "How about we head in?" Varrick guides me into the theatre and as we walk he leans down and whispers to me, "Don't get me wrong, Ginger is great, but I would've preferred to have you play her role, could've been really good for business."
