Jacob's always been an actor ever since he was a small child and his little sister y/n was inspired by that. So she wanted to do the same thing.
Jacob did a lot of Disney work as a kid but it was different for y/n.
She was acting in more serious things but she enjoyed it. Now she was in a movie that was a massive hit.
Today it was the premiere for the movie she was in and she obviously invited Jacob to go with her because he knows what its like to be on the red carpet.
Y/n and Jacob arrived in a limo and people were surrounding the car trying to get y/n attention by literally screaming at her.
Y/n was overwhelmed already. The flashing lights from the camera and everyone screaming for her. It was too much. She felt herself getting anxious.
She grabbed Jacob's hand and squeezed it tight to comfort herself.
" hey are you okay" he asked softly.
Y/n nodded and faked a smile and started waving to everyone and headed to the red carpet.
She thought it would be better there but it was worse. The paparazzi were yelling at her so they could take her photo.
" y/n y/n y/n" they were all yelling. Y/n headed onto the red carpet and started posing for the cameras while Jacob watched from the side.
Y/n looked away for a second because she saw a cast mate and that made the paparazzi yell at her more but more angrily.
" y/n don't look away" they yelled.
Jacob noticed how aggressively they were shouting at her and how scared y/n looked. So he decided to step in.
" hey no don't speak to her like that. If you want her to keep posing ask her nicely. Theres no need to yell" he yelled back at them putting his arm around y/n to reassure her.
The paparazzi still yelled but not as angrily.
" thank you" y/n said quietly.
Jacob smiled and they both posed for the pictures and after they were done they got off the red carpet and Jacob double checked if y/n was okay.
" hey are you okay after that" Jacob asked worriedly.
Y/n nodded and smiled.
" yes I'm fine. Thank you for defending me out there. It was really scary" she said gently.
Jacob smiled and hugged her.
" no need to thank me. I'm not going to let anyone treat you like that ever" he said.
Y/n smiled. She was glad she brought Jacob with her. She would of just let the paparazzi treat her like shit. She was glad there was someone there that looked after her and shes glad she wasn't alone.
