Y/n and kirby have been dating for a while now. They started off as friends but they realized not long after becoming friends they were definitely more than that. So kirby did a big romantic gesture to ask her out and y/n of course said yes.
Ever since then they've been planning there first date. Going to a fairground and going on all the rides together but unfortunately that couldn't happen because the day of the date it started raining really badly.
" this sucks. Why did it have to rain today?" Y/n complained looking out of the window watching the rain fall.
" I know" kirby said hugging her from behind sadly and resting her head on her shoulder.
Kirby hated seeing y/n sad. She was so excited for such a long time about this date and now it couldn't happen. He had to do something to cheer her up.
So he got an idea.
" hey why don't we make a fort and watch movies all cuddled up" kirby suggested.
Y/n face instantly brightened up. That sounds like an amazing idea.
" that sounds awesome" y/n said rushing to start making it.
It took a while to make because the two kept getting in pillow fights or just getting distracted by kissing each other but eventually it was done and all was left was putting fairy lights In it to make it look cosy.
" wow that looks so pretty" y/n said hugging kirby.
" yeah it does. Let's go in" kirby said opening the forts entrance letting y/n in first like a gentleman. He even bowed at her playfully.
" m'lady' he said in a posh voice making y/n giggle.
After y/n was in kirby entered with the laptop to watch the films but the minute he was in y/n began kissing him passionately.
" thanks for doing this. It's a really nice idea" she said looking at him lovingly.
" don't mention it. I'm just glad we can still have a somewhat date" he smiled kissing her and getting all cuddled up choosing a film.
