Y/n has lately started feeling like her old self. She started having a ton of energy and she started having the motivation to do the stuff she used to do before the cancer like karate and hanging out with hawk and her friends.
She was hoping this meant the cancer was finally gone and she can start focusing on her future. She found out today if what she'd hoped for was true.
Hawk being the supportive boyfriend he was came along with her for support hoping more than anything she was getting better.
Y/n sat in the doctor's office squeezing hawks hand nervously. She was so scared that this burst of energy and motivation was just a end of life thing that apparently happens to people.
" so you've not been having the symptoms lately" the doctor asked double checking.
" no. I've been feeling great. The best I have in a long time" she said.
The doctor smiled at her like he was about to reveal good news because he was.
" well that's because the cancer is gone. Your all clear" he said happy for her.
Y/n started crying tears of joy as did hawk. The pair looked at each other with the happiest smiles in the world and hugged her each other so tight.
The pair never felt so happy.
" thank you so much doc for everything you've done. I wouldn't be here without you" she cried hugging the doctor too.
" yeah you saved my girlfriend. Your a hero" hawk said tearfully.
" no problem" the doctor said as he let go of y/n and watched them leave together. They were so happy. Y/n could finally be apart of everything her friends and hawk does and she couldn't wait for it.
