Y/n had just got into a really bad car crash. It was so bad she was facing some really bad head problems including memory loss. She could remember some stuff but most of it was gone.
Y/n was awake after being unconscious for a while but she finally woke up to see one familiar boy with black hair and one unfamiliar boy with a mohawk. Demetri and eli. She remembered demetri but she completely forgot about elis transformation so she didnt recognize him.
" y/n your awake" demetri said excitedly hugging her. Y/n hugged back but her eyes stayed on eli. She was trying to figure out who he was.
Demetri let go of the hug and eli tried to hug her but she pushed him back making elis face sadden.
" who are you" she asked almost scared. She thinks theres a stranger in her room.
" y/n it's me eli. Your boyfriend. This is demetri" he said even though she remembers demetri.
" yeah I know who he is but your not eli" she said with tears in her eyes. This boy was intimidating and not soft and gentle like eli. This boys presence made her feel intimidated. Elis made her feel happy and safe.
" y/n I am eli. I've just changed a bit but I'm still eli" eli said getting emotional. Tears were forming In his eyes. He loves y/n so much and it kills him shes remembering demetri but not him.
" y/n it is eli. You might have forgotten he changed not long ago. Your nurse said your having some memory loss" demetri said trying to help y/n remember.
" no eli is sweet and cute. This guy is scary and weird. I want eli. Get me eli" she yelled really crying now.
That's when eli really started crying. Those words hurt. Yes shes confused but it hurts him shes afraid right now of him.
Eli ran out of the room not knowing what to do. What's he supposed to do while shes recovering? He wants to help her but she clearly doesnt like it when hes near her and she wants someone he doesn't want to be anymore. Should he change back for the woman he loves so he can be there for her or does he stay the way he is and loose her for a while?
