NO HATE

"Let's party!" Sigaw ni Kim.

"Kim! Shut up! We are not in bars! We are in my house, and I have neighbors!"

"Okay, okay. Chill."

Andito silang lahat sa bahay ko cause this will be the last night na dito ako sa bahay ko because my house is done sa Beverly Hills.

I will miss this house. Ito ang unang kung inenvest simula nung nakakita kita na ako sa trabaho ko.

"Congrats, Rhea." Audi said.

"Thank you, guys!" I said.

"Okay. Here's the exciting part." Noel said.

Isa isa naming tinaas ang wine glass namin.

"Rhea, you may move to another city, but know that we'll always be here. You can call us anytime. We'll always be here for you. We love you, forever." Noel said.

"Aww!" Ani nila at nag cheers na kaming lahat.

"Thanks, Noel." Bulong ko sakanya.

Bumaba muna ako dahil kukunin ko ang ibang alcohol na andito sa ref ng marinig ko ang mga yapak na sumusunod saakin. Lumingon ako at nakasunod saakin si Noel.

"Yea?"

"I'll help you." He smiled.

"Di naman kailangan." I said at sinara ang pinto ng ref ko.

"To be honest, I'm so proud of you. Grabe! You've come such a long way. I can't believe that I was here when you first bought this house, and now I'm here on its last night." He smiled.

"Dahil sa'yo 'yun! You helped me, Noel. And hindi ko alam paano ibabalik sa'yo 'yun lahat."

He chuckled. "No. Hindi dahil saakin 'yun. Dahil sa'yo 'yun. I've witnessed how strong, hard working and smart woman you are. Hindi ko alam kung bakit ako swenerte ng ganito dahil naging kaibigan ko ang isang tulad mo. Know that whatever path you will take, I will always got your back. I will not leave you. You always have me."

"Thank you." I said and I hugged him. "Thank you for everything."

Napabitaw ako sa pag yakap kay Noel dahil rinig ko ang malakas na apak pababa sa hagdan ko galing rooftop. Nakita ko ang nag aalalang muka ni Ashlyn at parang hindi siya mapakali.

"Oh my God! Rhea! Come on! Come! Faster!"

"Why? What's happening?!"

"Just come!"

Agad kami umakyat ni Noel at binuksan ni Mariah ang laptop niya and... Uh! Again! Nakakainis!

Melo and Rhea... Dating?

Lumabas ang dating rumor dahil sa pictures namin at dahil din sa comment ni Melo sa pinost kung picture. Nag off na ako ng comments, nakita parin nila?

Puro negative comments ang nasa article and bakit ako palagi ang inaatake nila?

"Wait! Give me a minute!"

I called one of Melo's social media account and thank God! He answered.

"I'm sorry." Aniya.

"What?! Don't be sorry! Just.. this is exhausting, you know? The comments are crazy-"

Natigilan ako sa pag sasalita dahil kinuha ni Noel ang cellphone ko.

"Deny the rumor, man. It wouldn't get worse if only you deleted your comment."

"Noel, calm down." Bulong ko.

"Oh, so it's really true that you guys are together?" Rinig kung boses ni Melo galing sa kabilang linya.

"Shut the hell up! It's none of your fucking business to asked me that kind of question. Rhea will not post anything about this! You are the one who will speak about this.. in public. You're such a careless jerk!"

"Why are you so angry? Calm down, man. No one's eating you."

"Just deny the rumor so Rhea can have peace of mind! You are the one responsible for this."

Kinuha ko na ang cellphone ko kay Noel dahil baka ano pa ang masabi niya.

"Hey, uh. Melo. I'm sorry. It's just that, I'm really tired of this."

"Yea. Don't worry, Rhea. I got this. Don't worry about anything."

"Okay." Huminga ako ng malalim. "Thanks." I said at binaba na ang tawag.

"Noel! What's wrong with you?! Why you talked to Melo like that?!" I said.

"I'm.. I'm just protecting you. That's it!"

Umiling-iling ako at dumiretso na sa mga kaibigan ko na nakatinggin saamin.

"You okay?" Tanong ni Kim.

Tumango ako at pinikit ang mga mata ko.

Ilang minuto ng katahimikan namin narinig ko ang sigaw ni Kim na nag patayo ng dalawa kung braso.

"Calm down." Ashlyn said.

"Melo posted this!" Pinakita saakin ni Kim ang cellphone niya at ang post ni Melo.

“Stop making negative comments about this beautiful person. She was very anxious because someone saw us in the restaurant, but we just met there accidentally. The photo taken by the paparazzi that saw us talking. She told me there was a paparazzi outside the restaurant, so she told me that if tomorrow or sooner we have a dating rumor, I have to deny it because we are not in a relationship. Again, no hate or negative comments toward this beautiful human being.”

Katapos ko 'yun basahin ay napahiga nalang ako sa upuan. I'm so tired of this. But buti nalang in a good and mature way sinabi ni Melo. Kasi nakakapagod na mag explain sa mga tao.

Kinuha ko ang cellphone ko and I will message him.

Rhea:

Hey, thanks. Sorry for the bother. Won't happen again ;⁠-⁠). Sorry again. Good night and I'm sorry and Thank you.

Melo:

No worries. It was also my fault. Noel's right. I'm so careless. Hope you live a happy life, Rhea. Will be rooting for you, always. Again, sorry also and have a good night.

Nag uwian na ang mga kaibigan ko at kami nalang ni Noel ang naiwan sa rooftop dito.

"Huwag mo na intindihin 'yun. I'm sorry din sa ginawa ko kanina. Akala ko kasi walang gagawin yung lalaki na 'yun sa dating rumor niyo. Kasi yung mga dati na-nakaka rumor mo pinapabayaan ka lang."

I smiled. "It's okay now, Noel. Huwag ka na mag alala. Anyways, mauna na ako sa kwarto. Inaantok na ako. Ikaw nalang bahala sa bahay."

He nodded. "Okay. Mag pahinga kana. Ako na ang bahala dito. Hatid kita bukas sa airport."

Tumango ako at hinawakan ang braso niya. "Thanks."
