It was around Halloween. I sat with my friends in the common room, when Harry came in with news. He was invited by Nearly Headless Nick, to join his Deathday Party.
"I bet there aren't many living people who can say they've been to a party of the dead, it'll be fascinating," Hermione said.
"Why would anyone celebrate the day they've died?" Ron said. "Sounds depressing to me."
"I have to agree with Ron," I said. "Plus I don't think the food would be any good. But you've promised Nick, so you have to go, Harry."
"I guess so," Harry said.

Ron and Hermione agreed to go with Harry. On Halloween I said goodbye to them and went to the feast in the Great Hall. The decorations were once again stunning. I sat with the Weasley twins and Neville, and we had great fun. The food was delicious as well. I was just about to try some of the pumpkin pie, when I felt something twitch in my head. A sharp pain followed. I held my hands against my head and closed my eyes. Oh no, another vision.
I saw walls. It felt like I was running along walls. I was in an upstairs corridor. Then I stood still and looked up. There were words written on the wall. I couldn't read what it said, except for the words that were being zoomed in on. 'Chamber of Secrets' I read. Then black.

"Jynx!" I opened my eyes and looked around. It was Fred.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah," I said quickly. "Just a headache."
I quickly looked around and saw that I hadn't drawn too much attention.

"Did you have-" Neville started, but I gave him a look, and he continued whispering.
"Did you have another vision?" he whispered.
"I did," I answered. "Something's up."
"What do we do?"
"Are you coming with me? I need to find something."
"I don't know... I don't want to get in trouble..."
"Make it quick, I need to go now."
"Fine," Neville said hesitant.
"We'll be right back," I said, while wiping my mouth with a napkin and getting up.
"But hurry, the feast is about to end," George said.

My brother and I hurried out of the Great Hall, and once again I caught a glimpse of the Hufflepuff boy glancing at me. I didn't pay attention to it, as my thoughts were with my vision and the words written on that wall. What on earth was the Chamber of Secrets?
"Follow me," I said to Neville, as I ran up the Grand Staircase. What corridor was it exactly? I heard louder getting noises from downstairs. Seemed like the feast was ended. I ran even faster so that Neville had trouble keeping up. There was water all over the floor. The walls. I ran along the walls. I looked up while running. Then I saw it. The words. Written in blood.
The Chamber of Secrets has been opened. Enemies of the heir, beware.

Underneath the words hang something. I walked to it, to see that it was mrs Norris, Filches cat. It looked quite dead.
"Jynx! Neville!" I suddenly heard. "What is going on?"
It were Harry, Hermione and Ron, supposedly just returned from the Deathday Party.
"I have no idea," I answered. "I had a vision, though."
"Why are you guys here?" Neville asked.
Harry opened his mouth to tell us, when from each side of the corridor students came. They all stood still around us five. Plus the cat. It was silent instantly.
"Enemies of the heir, beware," a voice said. "You'll be next, Mudbloods!"
Of course it was Draco.

"What's going on here?"
Mr Filch made his way through the crowd to us. Then he froze.
"My cat! What happened to mrs Norris?" he said in anguish. Then he turned to Harry.
"You! You've murdered my cat! I'll kill you!"
"Argus!" Dumbledore's voice sounded. He also made his way through the pack of students, along with a couple of other teachers. "Come with me, Argus. You five as well." He pointed at me, my brother and my friends. Neville's face went pale in horror.

We walked past the students, and I saw the faces of Fred and George, who looked really surprised. I was going to have to tell them about my visions now. I kind of wondered why I hadn't done that before, they were my friends after all. But they mostly had trouble taking things seriously.
We were led to Lockhart's office, along with Professors McGonagall and Snape. Dumbledore began to examine mrs Norris. McGonagall stood by him and Snape stood a bit hidden in the dark of the room. Lockhart was happily making suggestions of what could've killed Mrs Norris. Filch sat on a chair, sobbing. I almost pitied him.
After a long while of standing uncomfortably with my hands on my back, waiting, Dumbledore looked up.
