Reich stacked his papers nicely and began to place another paper under the printer. He was tired but was forcing his way through the work day.
Until an annoying person decided to walk into it. "Hey cutie."
Reich rolled his eyes, "What do you want Frisian Island?"
"You can call me Frisian Reich." The man winked, Reich scoffed.
"What do you want?"
The island chuckled and walked closer to the German. "Oh, I'm just wondering if you've seen Shetland anywhere?" Reich looked at him. "He hasn't been to work in a couple of days and he hasn't picked up any of our calls."
Reich hummed and went back to his printing. "No, I haven't seen him." The German responded, he wasn't worried nor did he care too much.
Frisian nodded and smirked, leaning closer to the German, "Ya sure you ain't interested in going out any time soon?"
Reich stuffed a stack of papers into the man's chest, Frisian lost his breath for a moment, but rebalanced himself quickly. Reich glared at him, "I am completely sure."
The day went on boring and uneventful. Reich stayed in for his lunch break since he had so much work to do. He was relieved when it was time to go home, but another problem had to jump into his day.
Reich stared at his car engine as smoke puffed out of it, moments ago he had started his car only for it to start dying on him.
So now he was stuck here with his lid popped trying to fix it. It all looked very complicated to him as he wasn't an expert on cars, but he was sure he could figure out something.
After almost thirty minutes he sighed, there was no way he was getting home with this. He grumbled pulling out his phone, only a couple other cars where left in the parking lot now as night was approaching.
He started dialing JE number when-
"-Having car problems shortie?"
Reich glared at the stupid island, couldn't he just leave him alone? "Would you leave me alone!"
Frisian shook his head, "How could I leave such a beauty out here all alone? Besides, you wouldn't want to get kidnapped, would you?" He chuckled.
Reich tensed, what did he mean by that? He quickly got defensive, "Shut it and leave." He spat at the other, but Frisian only walked closer to the German, Reich began to walk back.
Eventually the island stopped in front of the car and looked into the engine.
"Yeah, your defiantly not getting home with this. Maybe someone could give you a ride?" He winked.
Reich glared and began to yell at the other, "Like hell I'd-"
"Is something going on here?"
The two looked over to see a very tall country standing a couple feet away from them. Reich nearly ran over to the Russian but stopped himself, "Nope, where just chilling here." Frisian glared at the commie.
Soviet glared back at him, how dare he be so close to his Reich. "Are you sure? Seems like somethings wrong with that car." Soviet spoke through his teeth angrily.
Reich looked at Soviet surprised, he had never seen the Russian look so angry before.
"Uh- yeah my car kinda exploded... not sure what wrong with it.."
Soviet nodded at Reich, his anger seemed to melt as he looked at the German, he walked over to the engine and pushed Frisian out of the way. The other man stumbled backwards. "Hmm.. yeah looks like your car may have overheated or something. Most likely the oil."
Reich walked back to his car, feeling much more safe now, and looked into it with the Russian. "You think so?"
Soviet nodded.
"It could happen if your cooling systems not working properly, you should probably get the wires checked out too."
Reich laughed a bit, he smiled at the Russian. "You sure know a lot about cars."
Soviet smiled back at him, "Maybe I do."
"EHEM" The two looked over at the island. "I was trying to offer Reich a ride home, so if you don't mind-"
"No, that will not be happening." Soviet dropped the car's hood down. He looked over to the German, who was looking back at him, he whispered to the other, "Have you called JE or FI?"
"Not yet," Reich blinked, Soviet nodded.
"You see the black truck over there?" He continued to whisper, Reich looked over and nodded. The Russian gave him a pair of keys, "I'll give you a ride, just let me deal with this jerk for a minute and then I'll be there."
Reich nodded and ran off to the car. He hopped into the passenger's seat of the dark vehicle and waited for the Russian.
It took Soviet a strangely long time to show up but he eventually did, almost more tidy and clean than he had been before.
Reich didn't question it, instead thanked him for driving him home once again. Soviet told him it wasn't a big deal, even though it was for the both of them.
After what felt like a short while the two where at the German's home.
Reich waved to the Russian as he was now outside of the truck and on his walkway. "Thank you again Soviet, I really appreciate it."
Soviet nodded, "It's no problem, they'll probably have to tow your car anyways."
"Yea.. we'll see about that."
"That Frisian guy wasn't bothering you too much right?"
Reich looked at the Russian, who had a much more serious demeanor now. "Uh, yeah, he's been a bother." Reich rolled his eye. "Just wait until tomorrow, he'll be talking about this all day.."
Soviet hummed. "Don't worry about him Reich." Soviet smiled, "I'll make sure he doesn't bother you anymore."
Reich smiled back at him. "You don't have to Soviet, you've done enough, really."
Soviet shrugged, "If you say so."
Reich nodded, "I should really get going now, but thanks again."
"It's not problem."
"Well.. I'll see you later than!"
Soviet sighed and rolled up his window, he waited for Reich to get inside his house before banging his head onto the steering wheel.
Why couldn't he be with him! He's done so well keeping his cool! And yeah- it was great that they where friends now. But Soviet wanted more. He needed more.
He grumbled lifting his head. He needed to be patient for his dreams to come true. Besides he had other things to do, and some people he needed to finish.
