Being the eldest daughter and no father she became the man of the house at a young age only. After her father's death when she was twenty, she took all the responsibilities of fulfilling her siblings'dreams, leaving hers behind. But she did everything with a sweet smile on her face.
Her doe shape black eyes, long hair, preety face and kind smile would make anyone fall in love with her, but under the bag of responsibilities she stayed away from all such distractions. But now when her family wants her to get married, she is in dilemma of whether she is ready to leave her family or not.

SAVITRI AND AMARNATH SINGH MEHROTRA
Grandparents of Rudraksh. A couple in their seventies. Loves their grandchildren more than their own children. Rudraksh is Savitri's favourite grandchild. Lives in their native village in Amritsar.
RADHIKA AND ANMOL SINGH MEHROTRA
Parents of Rudraksh. A couple in their fifties. Anmol is the Chairman of Mehrotra Empire and Radhika is the owner of Meraki, a world renowned clothing brand. Love all the children as their own. A sweet all in love couple even after thirty years of their marriage.
SHIVANI AND GAUTAM SINGH MEHROTRA
Uncle and Aunt of Rudraksh, younger brother and sister-in-law of Anmol. Gautam is the Chancellor of Mehrotra Hospitals and Shivani handles Mehrotra's educational institutions. For them, Rudraksh is their own son and they love him more than their own their daughters.
MAYESHA MEHROTRA
She is twenty three years old, the elder daughter of Gautam and Shivani. She is an aspiring fashion designer and is working with her Badi Maa (Radhika) in her clothing brand. She is pampered alot by her brother, Rudraksh, which had made her a bit arrogant but by heart she is very kind and loving soul.
ARUSHI MEHROTRA
She is eighteen years old, the younger daughter of Gautam and Shivani. She is preparing for medical exam as she wishes to become a doctor. She is an introvert soul and very naive too, the reason why her brother and sister are overprotective of her. She loves her family alot but her brother is most important for her.
SHREY KHANNA
He is twenty eight years old, childhood best friend of Rudraksh. He is the owner of BGW (Black Grey White) the biggest news agency of the country, which is famous for its unbiased truth. He is the son of best friend of Gautam and Anmol and hence like a another son to Mehrotra. His favourite thing other than exposing big personalities is to annoy his best friend.

AASTHA BAJAJ
She is single mother of Saumaya. Lost her husband, Aakash Bajaj, when Saumaya was twenty due to cardiac arrest. Because of not being well educated she faced a lot of difficulties after her husband's death and felt guilty when saw her daughter taking all responsibilities of her husband instead of her. The reason she wants her daughter to get married so that she can also enjoy her life.
ADHIRA BAJAJ
She is twenty years old, younger sister of Saumaya. She is studying Hotel Management from a reputed college in Delhi itself. A complete extrovert person who loves to spread smile. She was just fifteen when lost her father. Respect and adore her elder sister and wants to help her in any which way she can.
AYUSH BAJAJA
He is twenty years old, unidentical twin of Adhira, ten minutes younger to her. He is studying medicine from the reputed AIIMS Delhi, where he got admission after clearing the entrance exam. He was also fifteen when his father died and he had observed the transition of his elder sister from being a sister to a father. He wants to help her as much as he can.
SIMRAN DHAWAN
She is twenty six years old, best friend of Saumaya. Originally she is from a village in Punjab but she is in Delhi since her graduation days where she became friends with Saumaya. Currently she is working as a project manager in an MNC. Is engaged to the love of her life and is soon going to get married. She loves and completely adore her best friend and wants her happiness.
VIDYUT VERMA
He is twenty seven years old, boyfriend turned fiancee of Simran and like an elder brother to Saumaya. He studied in the same college as them where he fell in love with Simran. He works as the Vice President of Marketing department in the Google office. A very chilled and sweet person. He is also the son of Shivani's sister and good friend with Rudraksh.
