THIRD PERSON'S POV
Kora Kagaz tha Mann Mera,
Likh liya ispe naam tera.
Everyone clapped for the artist who finished his song and started giving him money as a token of his reward. Saumaya too dragged Rudraksh with her and pulled out some money from her bag and gave it the artist.
"You sang so well. Your voice is really beautiful." The boy who was looking in his early twenties gave a shy smile to Saumaya and thanked her with a smile which faltered the moment his eyes fell on Rudraksh who was glaring at him.
Saumaya noticed this and pinched his arm which she was holding making him look at her with raised brows. She smiled one last time at the artist and dragged her husband with her.
"Why were you glaring at him?" She asked with narrowed gaze and he shrugged.
"Why were you praising him so much and also smiling at him?" He grumbled and Saumaya just shook her head.
"He deserved that. He sang so well. Aapko pata hai, Kishore Kumar is my ultimate favourite. When I was a child, I was fan of Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Sonu Nigam and then one day Papa introduced me to Kishore Kumar's songs, and he literally became my favourite. So, whenever someone sings his song and do justice with them, I just can't stop myself gushing over."
Saumaya blabbered and Rudraksh heard her intently as they walked in the streets of Mall road, as it is their last day here so they thought to shop around, and everyone scattered in all directions to collect some souvenirs.
These two days had been the best outing Saumaya ever had. They had visited almost all the tourist spots of Shimla and enjoyed the beauty of it.
Her favourite would be their visit to The Tara Devi Temple, which is built so beautifully. And then The Jakhoo Hill, for which they did a little trek which was again so much fun. Then they explored The Ridge, The Summer hill, and her other favourite would be their visit to The Indian Institute of Advance Studies especially after knowing its history, that the decision to part India and Pakistan was made here.
And it was all possible because of her husband who planned this trip so well. They were walking and exploring the shops, buying things for the family and were joined by the rest of the group.
In between Rudraksh's eyes fell on something and he stopped followed by Saumaya.
"Uh, Mithiye, you go with everyone else, I'll meet you in the hotel in an hour." Saumaya frowned and looked at him confusingly.
"What happen Aksh? And where are you going?"
Rudraksh just gave a smile and shook his head, "Nowhere Sohneyo, just there is something, I'll be back in an hour, take care, yeah?" Saumaya nodded her head and Rudraksh gently patted her cheeks and called Shrey who was looking for pashmina shawl for his mother.
"I'll meet you guys in hotel directly, take care of everyone." Shrey nodded his head and Rudraksh went away from there.
"Come Bhabhi, help me in selecting a shawl for Maa, Radha Maa and Choti Maa too." Saumaya smiled and nodded her head and helped him to select a few shawl and she was surprised when Shrey bought one for her too.
