On our cots was a uniform. Black pants, thicker then normal, black tank, black jacket also thiker then normal and a vest padded and lined. The shoes were thick but good for running and climbing with the light material and good traction.
"Stop looking at it, get changed so we can visit Tris before we go."
I rolled my eyes removing my shirt putting on the top half of the uniform before shifting to put the pants and shoes on. I laced them up making sure to pull the bow tight. I stood seeing Christina tapping her foot impatiently with Will beside her trying to calm her down. I rolled my eyes.
"Come on you impatient fools."
I lead the way taking the two the infirmary. Tris was still knocked out cold making me let out a disappointed sigh. Christina looked at me.
"There is still a few minutes until we have to go. We can stay a little can't we?"
I nodd pulling a chair to the side. Tia took a seat on the cot she layed on and Will moved standing behind Tia. The girl moved blinking her eyes open. I smiled at her. She shifted her view to where Tia sat and Will stood.
"Wow. you look..."
I smiled over at my friend.
"...shit. You look like shit."
Tris smiled lightly at use making me feel a little better about the whole situation.
"How long have I been here?"
I cringed at the injured girl's question. Will looked at the girl bluntly.
"About a day."
"A day?"
She looked surpreside. Her eyes furrowed. She turned her attention to me.
"Have you seen the scoreboard? Where am I?"
I exchanged a look with Tia. She sighed looking sadly at her friend.
"You got below the line."
She looked over our outfits of thick clothing.
"Why are you wearing those vests?"
Will looked at Tia before speaking
"War games."
I looked at him surprised.
"How did you find that out?"
He chuckled.
"When you disappeared, Four came in to explain a bit more."
I rolled my eyes mumbling under my breath.
"Of course he did."
Tris started sitting up wincing lightly as she moved. Tia was the first to react as she wasn't expecting our friend to start moving.
"Whoa. What are you doing?"
"I'm coming."
Tia sighed.
"You can't."
She paused. I knew she didn't want to tell her so I stood up.
"Eric says you're done."
"What?"
I cringed at her shock. Will sighed.
"He said you're out."
She started shaking her head not believing this. I couldn't blame her. I wanted to reach out to comfort her but I really didn't know how too. I just needed the others to leave so I could give the bag on my back to her and give the hint to catch the train. Will sighed seeing her obviously upset face.
