Kyianna's POV

Pag-alis ni Gabriel, naiwan kaming dalawa ni Luhence sa gilid ng party, medyo malayo sa ingay ng karamihan.

Yung music at mga tawanan ng mga tao sa background lang, pero somehow, ang focus ko lang talaga ay si Luhence at yung slight tension sa mukha niya.

Tinapik ko siya sa braso, trying to lighten the mood.

"So... are you still sulking about your brother?" I teased, raising an eyebrow at him, testing the waters.

He crossed his arms, giving me that trademark serious look, pero may halong smirk na hindi ko maintindihan.

"Sulking? I don't sulk, sisiw. I just don't like him acting like he stands a chance with you."

I rolled my eyes, pero to be honest, may kilig sa puso ko.

"As if I'd even look at him twice," sagot ko, trying to sound like I didn't care.

"Oh, I know," he replied, stepping closer. His smirk softened into something more genuine.

"But I just like reminding you... who you're with."

He reached out, gently tucking a strand of my hair behind my ear. His fingers lingered on my cheek a moment too long, sending a little jolt of electricity through me.

Pakiramdam ko, nagiging slow motion yung paligid, at siya lang ang nakikita ko. Ano bang nangyayari sa akin?

"Alam mo," I tried to play it cool, even as my pulse raced.

"Hindi naman ako ganon ka-kilig sa'yo. You're not all that charming, you know."

"Not charming?" He placed a hand on his chest, acting like he was offended, pero yung mata niya, may ngiti.

"Oh, sisiw, you're just trying to hide it. I can see it in your eyes."

I scoffed, pero kinabahan ako. His gaze held something deeper than teasing, something that made my heart beat faster.

Then, as if reading my mind, he let his hand rest on my lower back, pulling me a little closer.

"Kyianna," he murmured, his voice dropping to a low whisper, making me shiver.

"I think you like me more than you're willing to admit."

Nag-cross ako ng arms, trying to keep a straight face.

"Assuming ka masyado, Luhence. Hindi lahat ng babae kinikilig sa'yo, okay?"

"Hmm. I don't think so," he replied, leaning even closer. His face was only inches from mine, and I could feel his breath against my cheek. I froze, my mind going blank.

"Admit it, I make you feel things."

Ramdam ko yung init ng mukha ko, but I wasn't about to let him win that easily.

"Fine, gusto mo marinig ang totoo?" I said, taking a step closer to him, raising my chin.

His eyes sparkled, both curious and confident.

"Oh, I'd love to hear it."

I leaned in close, almost whispering,

"You... are totally full of yourself."

Na-shock siya saglit, but then he laughed-a deep, genuine laugh that sent tingles down my spine.

"Touché, sisiw. I'll give you that one."
