As the morning dawned, I stared into the eyes of the only soul I could love this way. He was mine in ways no dragon could take away.

"I love you!" I told him as Attroxia stood by with a baby in his arms. Wics had found his side. They were surrounded by other children from about two years to ten years of age.

Cordgi smiled up at me. It was shy, sweet, nothing like the embolden knight I had first met. That person had never been real. Maybe that was why I hated him so, then. I knew he wasn't being true to the kind soul he housed.

"Zyn..." Cordgi whispered.

I knelt then. In the dirt, ash and mud. "Cordgi, I have a promise to keep." I told him.

"Not now, we have a lot to take care of still..." Cordgi insisted.

"The dawn is rising Cordgi." I smirked up at him.

I took his hands, holding them lightly between both of mine. My smile bloomed deeper over my face.

"I don't have a home to offer you, I don't have wealth or a life like your used too. But I do have dragons, shifters, witches now as well!" I chuckled.

"We would spend our lives wondering, never staying in one place long. The world will be our home." I said.

Part of me knew I was rambling, but I didn't care. The light of the sun washed over him as he looked down upon me.

"I love you, I want to wake up every morning with you at my side. I want us to fall asleep together every night, knowing we have each other. Will you spend the rest of your days with me?" I asked him.

"Sap." I heard Shea cough behind me.

"Yeah, but he is my sap!" Cordgi giggled through the tears following down his face.

"One condition." He insisted.

"Anything." I nodded.

"I get to name the kid." He said.

"Uh, kid?" I asked. He chuckled.

Although Attroxia only held one baby, Ammedidon held two. Wics had taken one from him, but the former Prince looked disgusted with the other still in his arms. Cordgi pulled me to my feet. He kissed me.

"You know, since I met you, I only had eyes for you. I never thought you would see past my past and actually like me." He confessed.

"But I don't like you." I said looking down at him seriously.

He blinked looking like his brain had stopped working. I laughed, yanking him to me.

"I love you, idiot!" I chuckled.

Freyda walked up to the smoke dragon. Her eyes upon the rustling blanket in his arms. He smiled at her.

"This one is a girl." He said. Wics moved up beside him, as Elfengar came to stand by his wife.

"This is the boy." Wics offered the baby to his father.

"The witch, she kept detailed records. They are both yours. Twins." Attroxia offered.

He pulled out a book from his shirt. "I think this should go to you as well." He held it out.

I sensed evil coming from it. It held a power that shouldn't be in this world. Zelzada growled something that sounded like no. Andromeda screamed in my head, but I was already reacting.

My mouth fell open. My flame wasn't hot enough. Yet, we had a dragon that was. The white fire dragon, Percy, marched up to the book that Attroxia dropped once I lit it on fire. The white hot flames burned the edges. The book sank into the ground, but Ash refused to let it get away, he built a mineral base that it couldn't escape into.
