One Of Us (Akatsuki Fan-fiction)

Chapter 65

   "Hidan!" your eyes were wide as you stared at the jashinist's back. 

   "And co princess," he said as you looked around and noticed all of the Akatsuki members were there.

   "But... how—?"

   "You didn't think I was honestly going to give you an animal summoning scroll, did you?" Nagato asked as he, Konan, and Sasori knelt down beside you. "That scroll summons all of the Akatsuki. We wouldn't be able to get here in time to help you if you did need to summon anything from within the scroll, so I came up with that."

   "You're pretty beat up," Yahiko commented.

   "Aiko, are you alright?" Itachi asked with concern.

   You were stunned and couldn't find the words to respond to any of this. Instead, you could only nod dumbly.

~3rd Person~

   "So princess," Hidan spoke up.

   "Which one of all these people hurt you the most?" Kakuzu continued.

   "We'll give him the most agonizing death, hm!" Deidara finished.

   Hideyoshi growled. "The Akatsuki."

   "Ya got a f*cking problem with that?" Hidan demanded and lifted Hideyoshi off the ground. 

   Hideyoshi, despite being denied the needed oxygen, smirked. "So you went and got yourself mixed up with criminals for protection huh?" he choked out a dry laugh. "I should have known. No wonder we weren't able to find you anywhere. There was no other way to survive out there on your own, so you sought refuge with the Akatsuki. How come they didn't kill you when they had the chance?" the Akatsuki remained silent, Sasori treating to Aiko's wounds. "You were nothing but a brat back then, it would have been easier to do that than to bother with you throughout your childhood."

   "Shut your f*cking mouth already!" Hidan shouted and threw Hideyoshi as far as he could. Hideyoshi crashed into the cliffside.

   Yoshirou glared at the silver haired jashinist.

   "Which one of you is next?" Kakuzu asked as his threads came out of his cloak. Kisame grabbed the handle of Samehada.

   "Well, Shark Skin needs to feed," he commented. "There's plenty of people here for that. But Samehada is picky at times."

   "You've hurt Aiko enough," Nagato stated as he stood and faced the Cloud shinobi. Two of them were busy trying to help their boss out of the cliffside. "We won't let you hurt her anymore."

   The blonde from before finally managed to get out of the cliffside and walked over to the front of the other nine Cloud shinobi. "I'm Hideyoshi, and you're interfering with  the Hidden Cloud's business."

   "I am Nagato, Leader of the Akatsuki, and you've hurt one of us," Nagato responded. "I'd say you're in trouble."

   "Try anything, and we'll have to take you in as well," Hideyoshi stated. 

   "What will you be able to do against us?" Nagato asked.

   "We're S-ranked for a reason," Itachi said in monotone and turned to face the Cloud shinobi. 

   "Itachi Uchiha of the Hidden Leaf," Hideyoshi murmured. He looked at the shark man. "Kisame Hoshigaki of the Hidden Mist, Sasori of the Hidden Sand, Deidara of the Hidden Stone, Hidan of the Hidden Hotsprings, and Kakuzu of the Hidden Waterfall," he looked at the brown haired girl beside the red headed puppet master as she glared at him. "And Y/N Amachi of the Hidden Cloud. Never thought we'd have a member in the Akatsuki. The rest of you I've never heard of."
