Luna was taken to an abandoned mental facility. Dirt and dust were all over the place for it was not used for more than a decade. The gangsters made use of car batteries to provide some lighting in the place.

Luna's hands and feet were tied. She was then suspended on a large hook used for large cargo. She dangled like a freshly butchered livestock. Her shoulders were about to detach from their sockets and she was not aware of it. Her eyes were wide open but her head lolled as if she did not have any strength in her neck.

After the betrayal, Luna was in a state of shock.

Deep inside her brain, the bloody images of the police officers kept replaying. Her mind was drowning in the fact that all those lives were gone because of her.

Their spilled blood and lifeless gazes were all on her.

It's all her fault. It's always her fault.

Wherever she went, she always brought misfortune with her.

"Is this the girl the boss wanted us to eliminate?" Someone asked in the darkness.

Luna did not hear anything. She was too out of it to notice anything that happened outside her brain.

The man ran his eyes up and down Luna's body. He was the leader of the unrefined gang who abducted her. The boss he was referring to was Kunikida who ordered all the gangs under them to get rid of Luna, which meant they had to kill her.

However, he had a different plan in his mind.

Their gang had always been filled with uncontrollable, lecherous guys.

This was mainly because of his leadership.

They brought Luna into the location without a blindfold. They all knew there was no need for it. Everyone knew that look. Most of the girls they brought here were in the same state. Anyways, they're going to get rid of her, so it didn't matter if Luna saw the way to that abandoned mental facility.

"Hey, you, wake her up." The man ordered one of his lackeys.

The subordinate who followed his command was a little dim-witted.

"But, Boss, she's already awake!" The man smacked the lackey at the back of his head.

"Does she look like she's conscious? Make her aware of what's happening around her, stupid."

The subordinate nodded and went missing for a moment. When he returned, he had a small pail half-filled with water in his hands.

He threw water on Luna, not on top of her head but towards her face, an action which made people feel like they were slapped with water.

That made Luna snap out of her reverie.

The first thing that greeted her was the face of a stout, middle-aged man who only had a few hairs on his head. He was holding a small pail in his hand as he gazed at her like there was something funny on her face. Her brain was still muddled but realizing the danger of waking up in an unknown place with a stranger leering at you zapped her brain to alertness in an instant.

That was when Luna realized she was hanged like a butchered pig in the market. She struggled to go down but her actions only earned her a dislocated left shoulder. She howled in pain.

The subordinate laughed loudly upon seeing her reactions. He threw the pail he was holding to the side.

"That's it! That's a really good expression!" He leered at Luna more closely.

When his face got a little too close, he stretched his hand out to touch her face. Luna let out a whimper as she tried to move her face away from him. Her mouth was not covered but she was too afraid to utter a word.
