Osas started shop searching and it has not been easy. The cost of renting a shop on the island was outrageous, although Mrs Erabor has assured her that whatever the cost maybe she was willing to cover the whole expense but hearing the huge rate she wasn't sure of what to do anymore

The agent was already tired of showing around has she keeps turning down multiple places the moment she hears how much it was worth. Osas was exhausted.

Her nail training was coming to an end next week since she has been going everyday except Sunday it sets her on a fast track of learning than weekend or part time apprentice

She has also started looking out to take three weeks professional training on wig installation and styling but her head was in chaos right now trying to find a place to set up her business

What if she takes one of these millions worth shop and can't keep up with the rent after a year, she's worried she will still have to run to Raphael's mom for assistance, she's scared she won't be able to follow through on what she started

In the evening after an exhausting day of running around Osas went to Helen's shop to pick Ivie.
Ivie was busy with her assignments so osas went to the office to say hello Helen

"Good evening ma" the door was left ajar but she knocked gently to announce her presence

"Evening Osas, come in" she didn't even raise her head

"How did you know it was me "

"I recognize your voice besides I felt your presence "
They both laughed

"How are you? How's work?"

"Smooth sailing, my master class ends next week and I can proceed with my other plans"

"I admire your zeal to learn, but just don't exhaust yourself. You know you cannot do everything and be exceptionally perfect at it all"

Osas nodded
"I know! But I feel like I need to have an idea of what my business is going to look like and the kind of services that we're to render, at nail arcade am learning alot so I feel if I can collect these ideas and experience I can really do this. Because I have only been good at managing one thing and that's my mom's restaurant, I don't know so much about this even though I acquired these skills years ago and I never really utilized it, my boss then just had a stand by the roadside and it wasn't this kind of setting at all"

"Do you want to hear my own story.... " osas nodded
"I used to be a big sort after doctor of psychology in a big hospital, I was doing so well I enjoyed my job but I hardly even have time to live my life or socialize, I don't really have friends and my children were growing up without me at some point. So when my husband got transferred to Nigeria to become the deputy vice chancellor of the University of Lagos we dropped everything and came back here I could have easily gotten a job in any hospital here with my qualifications and experience along with my husband's connection too it would have been pretty easy but I didn't want to continue that cycle I wanted to do something else you know something that allows me have control of my time so I wrote out a list of twenty businesses that I could venture into.
Fabrics and Textiles was no. 20 on that list and I added it because I wanted to complete the list and I didn't know what else to write but that got me intrigued I wanted to know more about it then I weighed my chances at being successful at it.
I was new in Lagos, never done this before, I do not have any friends and my chances of success was very slim but the more challenging it became the more passionate I got and it wasn't easy at all when I started. I mean Money can buy you a shop and materials to set up your store but it can't give you reliable customers that you need to grow your business "

"So how did you do it? How did you know this was what you wanted"

"Passion, something that keeps you driven that continuous zeal towards achieving something. That is foundation that you need and if you are able to run a food business which I hear is one of the toughest business to run then you can definitely run a beauty salon "
