Osas only realized the impact of her actions after she had thrown the punch and it landed hard on Wendy's face. her shoulder pad immediately dropped.

She knew she shouldn't have laid her hands on Wendy, Helen was even more upset, she pulled osas by her arm and led her out of the room angrily

"I told you to let me handle this, why do you always have to resolve to violence.... Why did you hit her"

Osas was confused, she didn't even know what to say

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to touch her"
She muttered

"You have to go! Get out of here right now"

"What?" Osas had never seen Mrs Erabor so angry. This was the first time she was ever yelling at osas

"Get out Osas! I don't want to see you here, Tell my driver to take you home at once"
She was heading back inside the room

"Ma She was disrespecting you I couldn't watch her do that to you"

"I didn't ask you to step in, I was handling it. Wendy is clearly drunk and upset, your presence elevated her anger, you should have listened to me when I told you to leave but you didn't. I need to get her to the hospital osas and I don't want to run into you on my way out. Go Home!"
She warned as she walked back into the room

Osas was standing still for awhile and decided to leave before she upset Mrs Erabor even further she walked out of the house to find Ese

Ese was burying her face in cake with her mouth full licking her fingers and enjoying the music so she couldn't understand why osas wanted them to leave immediately

Osas left message with Mary to look after Ivie, it would be unfair to the birthday girl to remove her from her own party band she didn't want Mrs Erabor to think she took Ivie with her coz she was yelled at, besides Ivie had already packed her bags to stay here for the entire school break

On their way out they saw Wendy covering her nose with a towel and getting into a car with Mrs Erabor so they had to wait for them to leave before getting into Osas's car

Inside the car on the way back to the apartment, Ese was confused

"Osas what's going on? Why are you in so much hurry to leave"

"Something bad happened Ese"

"What happened?" She asked

"I overheard Wendy yelling at grandma and I got upset i walked into the room and I tried to shut her up then accidentally broke her nose " she gave the abridged version of the story

"How? When did this happen "

"Just now!"

"I can't believe you did that to her"

"It was one stupid punch, it wasn't even hefty"

"Are you joking coz this is not even funny"

"I know, but she was being so rude to grandma and I couldn't ignore it. I tried to straighten her up but she was acting like a spoilt brat, she even shoved grandma aside that was when I lost my shit and just went for it"

"Wow! You were barely gone for five minutes and this happened "

"It wasn't intentional I didn't go inside with the intention to hurt her, am not crazy?"

"You sound crazy as hell right now"

"You didn't hear her talk. She was blaming Raphael's mom for her broken marriage, apparently she moved out of her house when she found out I was pregnant for her husband and she wants to take out all her frustrations on his sweet loving mother"
