Once Osas was exactly 7 months pregnant her body had completely changed. Her bump wasn't very visible before infact people barely know she's pregnant but now it's thrice the size and that change just suddenly happen

But along with the change came the morning sickness. every morning she is always feeling feverish and wobbly. Sometimes her whole body system is in disarray and she's unable to eat or drink anything

one morning it got so serious Wema had to take her to the hospital and by noon she was feeling much better so Wema had to hurry to work

But unfortunately her bosses weren't very understandable they fired her without listening to her reason

Wema returned home to stay with her daughter earlier than expected

"Iye! Wetin hapin. You no go work again. But I don tell you say I dey okay..... that sickness na only in the morning once sun come out like this, the thing go just disappear "

Wema shook her head and fold her arms together

"What happened???"

"They fired me" she blurted out

"What? Why? Is it because of me"

"How is it because of you"

"Na because you carry me go hospital abi..."

"Ehh en! as your mother am I supposed to leave you while you are sick"

Osas pressed her lips together and sob gently

"Why you kan dey cry. Is it the hormones "

"This is all my fault"

"Of course it's not fault. Some people are just heartless"

"But they just sack you like that"

"My dear don't worry yourself, I should have left that job the moment I notice it was no longer making sense. Am not going to prioritize their stomach over my own daughter. Never!!"

"Ohhh Iye!! Am so sorry"

"Is okay it's for the best. Now I can properly look after you"

Later that same day they went out to sit with the fruits at the junction and they actually made a lot of sales

Wema thought about the way forward and realized she had to start up something immediately. Her daughter has started something small and it's really growing

They only sat there by evening and they actually made more money than she would have have gotten in a whole day of working like a slave

So Wema decided she was going to start selling food next to her daughter at the junction. She's actually a very good cook and a lot of people can testify to it.

She can set up something small for people to buy food from her because it doesn't take so much to start a food business.
She can make the food at home put it in a cooler and take it to the junction

She spoke to her daughter about it and she agreed it was a terrific idea so they started planning towards it

Osas helped as much as she could and they started really small but in no time people were trooping in from all around to eat mama Osas's special delicacy

They started having so much customers that they had to buy two benches for them to sit and eat. In a period of two months they have become well known for selling spicy jollof rice and fresh fruits

And soon osas couldn't be of much help, she got tired easily sometimes she can't even bend so her mother insisted she stay indoors and rest atimes she couldn't even come out of the room
