Love's curse pt 2 | Wanda

"What were you doing with Wanda?" Natasha asks as the other works for the cure

"Darling...I have found her" I smiled earning a curious look from her

"She's Scarlet?"

"Indeed"

"But you can't break the curse, not right now. We still need you, we're all gonna die if that cure won't work"

"I know what I am doing, there  is no need for worries for I will wrap this witch tightly around my fingers" I whispered underneath my breath looking at Wanda from afar as she actually gave me a smile

Natasha seemed to be still in a state of concern, I could not afford her standing in my way "Did your heart get soft again, child? Do not tell me you are having attachments, the world is cruel enough, do not make it twice as hard for you" I firmly say earning her nod

"What will happen after you lift the curse?"

"I will be at peace"

"Y-Youre leaving?" She looked up to be surprised but I could see she was petrified

"Everyone leaves...Natalia" I huffed walking away and going back to my office

Just in a few seconds, I heard a knock, it was Wanda. This girl is becoming what she was and it's annoying now. "Hey, can I come in?" She softly asks at the door

"You can"

"Uhm...the scientists say the cure might work, they need a stronger one but it will only take them overnight to make it...then we can test it tomorrow" she smiled reassuringly

"Test it on Rogers"

"Why? They were planning on testing it first to Fury"

"Fury has a weak heart, Rogers has a numb one" I looked at her earning her nod but she still seemed confused

The worst part of watching over them from afar is you see everything, even the things that hurt them...that hurt you

"I wanna ask something" She took a deep breath as I used my telekinesis to gently pull her towards me sitting her on the chair in front of my desk

"How can I lift the curse?" She suddenly says making me freeze in my seat "You want...to lift the curse?" I ask

"Yes...I don't think you deserve it. You don't deserve to suffer just because u didn't love me back"

"You don't know what you're doing" I swallowed thickly "I do, you showed m--" she tried "Come with me" I huffed standing up and opening yet another memory

It's just that it suddenly all flashed back in my head...everything I did, where it all started

"Is that you?" She asks with a smile seeing me in armor on my way to the king...my father

"Prince of the 3rd region, my future bride" this man stated beside him, of course, I was grossed out

I threw my sword at him almost stabbing his palm, panicking as if he would die. "Y/n!!!" My father yelled but I continued walking out.

"You were a royal?" Wanda asked and I just nodded

We followed me and I didn't go to lock myself in my room, I went where the slaves stayed. Wanda watched as they all bowed down to me "Clean my room" I mumbled

"Wake up scarlet, we shall leave at once," one of them says whispering

"No, let her be" I swallowed thickly

As soon as they left I locked the room going straight to Scarlet sleeping peacefully, yet looking so tired.

"It's me..." Wanda mumbled

I made my way to lying beside her, facing her...before wrapping my hands around  and snuggling to burying myself on her chest

We watched as she caressed my back while I lost my guard, dropping my body, and starting to cry "Look at me" she mumbled lifting my face "You'll be alright" She smiled tears falling on her cheek

"My heart belongs to you..." I firmly responded, she shook her head no holding my cheek trying to look strong

"It's wrong"

"I do not want to be right"

"You loved her..." Wanda whispered to herself "I didn't" I swallowed thickly looking down

"Run away with me," I ask holding both her hands

I could feel guiltless right now as if it was day one "But...you sounded...you felt like you loved me" Wanda stated facing me

I led Scarlet to the observatory of the palace locking it as I quickly locked my lips with hers slowly leading her against the wall, as soon as she shut her eyes I reached for the contraption...bonding her against the wall

"W-What are you gonna do to her!?!?" Wanda started panicking watching herself sob in confusion as I left her...just to come back with an infinity stone in my hand

"You will get me out of here" I smiled wickedly positioning the stone on my mechanism, a red light shining through Scarlet by the reflection of the red moon

"S-Stop it!!! STOP ITT!!!" Wanda started hitting me, tears running down her cheek and dropping to her knees while Scarlet screamed in pain

"IT'S IN THE PAST I CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!!" I shouted back at her furiously holding myself

Scarlet was filled with chaos magic at the end of the process. We watched as I used her as a weapon to escape the palace, she killed for me...

I went on getting my horse with her behind me "I love you..." she whispered smiling and wrapping her arms around my waist

"I love you" I responded coldly

After a while, we arrived at this cliff...we both got off the horse, looking at the red moon "It's beautiful" she smiled as I walked my way towards her "You're beautiful" I locked my lips with hers

"Your heart belongs to me" She smiled again still on my lips

"How I wish" I smirked watching her smile drop before she looked at me directly in the eyes...I pushed her off the cliff, gazing at the sight in her eyes, she was frightened, in sorrow but I couldn't see her anger

I came back to my observatory to get the stone, everyone was already dead so there were no chances of me getting captured..or that's what I thought...next thing I knew was Scarlet in front of me floating before she pinned me against the wall

"You said you love me..." Scarlet softly mumbled

"This is not love, but I'd call it despair"

"You created her!!! YOU MADE HER THAT WAY!!" Wanda furiously stated as brought us back to the present

She tried walking out but I locked the doors through my telekinesis "Do not hold me back" she warned, charging energy

"My cure is your life" I mumbled can't look at her

"W-What??"

"I've studied for so long, to lift the curse you have given me...I need to drink your blood through your neck...we will switch places. I will be back to normal and...you will leave forever like what I am right now" I

"Y-You're trying to do to me what you did to her...you're evil" she firmly says walking towards me

"But did I?" I looked up to her

"You reminded me of her so much...made me realize she loves me in every life she has." I took a deep breath opened the door to walk out

"You're a demon, you deserved what she did to you" She watched me stop my steps

I looked back at her before leaving "Or...maybe I did love her" I mumbled watching her soften a bit

"WE GOT THE CURE!! KNIGHT!! WE GOT IT!!" Everyone cheered happily outside the room
