*phone rings*

I just woke up. I'm currently away for some business meetings, and yeah, it's been a week, but I will stay here for at least a month or 2

"Hello?" I mumbled, trying to open my eyes as soon as I answered the call

"Hey, baby...oh, did I wake you up?" My girlfriend's sweet, soft yet so deep and raspy voice says

"No, I'm already awake,"

"Can you turn on your camera?" She suddenly asked, so I just did, and she greeted me with the biggest smile, making me chuckle

"What do you want?"

"Nothing,  I just miss you, and I wanna see your face,"

"It's been like 5 days.."

"Your point??" She threw me that sassy ass attitude

"OK bye,"

"Noooo, I'm just kiddinggg. I miss you, don't hang up, " she laughs to herself

"Fine.."

"What time is it there?"

"Uhhmm.. it's 6:11 am. There?"

"1:32 am"

"Why are you still awake?"

"Just can't sleep.. and thought u might help," she suddenly says, making me pout

"In... what specific way?"

"Yknow what way,"

"Nat!!"

"Woah, why?? Like you can sing me a song that will make me sleep...what are you thinking? Oh my god, y/n" she sarcastically says, gasping dramatically

"You know I can't sing."

"Oh- ok, you got me there, gal,"

"It's too early for thisss," I groaned

"Keep groaning," she teases, laughing

"OH MY GODDD SHUT UPPP"

"You know those foreign guys on random video calls and their camera is shaking like this," she did it....someone please shoot her with a tranquilizer and take away her phone

This is why I prefer her to come with me when I need to go out of town. She will annoy the shit out of me in calls that I can not hang up because apparently That translates to me not being in love with her anymore

"Love, why don't you close your eyes and move that phone away?"

"What are you wearing, baby girl??" She huffed, watching me sob on the pillow

"Come on, I will send you money! You have PayPal, baby?" She added as if that wasn't enough

"NATTTT!!!!"

"Ohhhhh, I love it when you scream my name,"

I stayed quiet, just really trying to survive the morning when my phone was notified.  She texted me her email

"If you just want to do charity and send Natty some naughty naughty," she playfully wiggles her brows

"Ok..if I did..are you going to sleep?" I asked, pouting

"No, I will fly there right now," she blankly says, staring creepily into the camera

"How's work?"

"Oh, we have a new avenger, and she's a woman,"

"She pretty?"

"Not as pretty as you, duh??"

"How is she blending in, tho?"
