Chapter 05

Tae recalled everything happened after his arrival in Korea, his thoughts were interrupted by a knock on door, he maintained his posture and said "yes, get in." A made entered and bowed him "Prince, King and Queen are waiting for you for breakfast." Saying this she left. Tae already had his breakfast with his bun, but he can't let his parents know about it since they had to keep their relationship secret.
Thinking this he left towards dining table to have breakfast again as he was left with no other choice.

After leaving Tae's chamber jungkook was very happy after spending his first morning with his boyfriend whom he love more than himself. He was very excited to share everything with his best friend. He was walking towards servants quarter when his eyes fell on a body lying on bench shivering. He went near him and widened his eyes seeing mingyu. He quickly tapped Mingyu's shoulder to wake him up. After a lot of struggle jungkook was able to wake him up "why are you sleeping here min? Why aren't you in our chamber?" Mingyu just saw jungkook's worried face smiled a bit thinking his best friend haven't changed a bit after getting his love. "I was unable to sleep last night, I came out to take some fresh air. I don't know when I slept here." replied mingyu.

Jk: come, lets get inside saying this jungkook stood up and held mingyu to get him inside their chamber.

Mingyu was about to stand up from bench but fell back on it with a loud thud. Jungkook immediately held him and saw mingyu was burning in fever. He placed his hand on Mingyu's forehead "you are burning min. Come lets get inside I'll make soup for you." Saying this he put Mingyu's hand on his shoulder and took him inside their chamber.

He placed Mingyu on bed, covered him with blanket and went out to bring cold water and cotton cloth. He sat beside Mingyu, drench the cloth with water and placed it on Mingyu's forehead to lower down fever.

All the time Mingyu's eyes were moist thinking prince really got a true soul for himself. He screamed in his head "I LOST YOU KOO, I LOST SOMEONE WHO WAS NEVER MINE."

Jungkook interrupted his thoughts saying "min, why are your eyes moist? Are you missing your mother? I know at times like this we mostly miss our family, but you don't worry I'm here to help you ok? Consider me your family ok. I'm always there for you." This made Mingyu's heart ache more. He just nodded and said "yes koo you are my family, my only family." Jungkook smiled assuring him.

Once jungkook was done with placing cotton cloth on Mingyu's forehead he said "you take rest, I'll bring some soup for you." Saying this he went towards royal kitchen.

Once Mingyu was sure that jungkook left he started crying hard "I don't miss my mom koo, I miss you. I only miss you. Please koo come back to me. You said you are my family then why are you with Prince and not me? Koo...koo..koo.. please koo give me a chance, come back to me."

Jungkook went in royal kitchen through dining hall and saw Tae was sitting on dining table having breakfast again. He started laughing hard seeing Tae having breakfast again so that no one can doubt him.

When Tae reached dining hall he saw his parents along with kai, aena and Bam were already waiting for him. He greeted everyone and sat beside Bam.

A maid served king and queen, then she went near Tae, she picked up a plate and was placing food when kai stopped her saying "you may leave." She bowed everyone and left. Kai stood up from his chair, came near Tae and started serving him. King and Queen smiled seeing the sweet gesture made by kai. While serving, kai slightly brushed his fingers with Tae's. Tae immediately pulled his hand back and glared kai. After serving he went back and sat on his chair leaving everyone to serve themselves.

Tae was forcibly having breakfast when he saw jungkook going towards kitchen. He quickly completed his breakfast, excused himself and went inside kitchen. He eyed all maids and royal chefs to leave without making any noise. All of them bowed him and left without making any noise as per prince's command. He saw jungkook was making soup, he went near and back hugged him "Bun, are you craving for soup?" Jungkook immediately turned back, pulled himself and bowed Tae, then he saw no one was in kitchen, he awkwardly laughed and stood straight. "I...I was making this soup for Mingyu. He is burning in fever." said looking down. When he didn't get any response he looked up and saw Tae staring him. He again awkwardly laughed and asked "what happened Tae?"

Tae just glared him and left. Jungkook understood the reason behind Tae's anger but didn't went behind him as everyone was present in hall.

After Tae left, jungkook was done with cooking soup, he poured it in a bowl and left to his chamber.

None of them saw that Kai was seeing everything with jealousy and hatred towards Jungkook. He then saw Aena beside him burning in pure jealousy same as him. They both exchanged their looks, nodded at each other and left.

Kai reached his chamber and started punching wall harshly in anger. His knuckles were bleeding but he didn't cared and continued removing his anger on wall. He started shouting loudly "You are mine kim Taehyung, just mine. You have to be mine. I will make you mine by hook or crook. I can't make my wait of ten years go in vain. If I get to know anything more between you and that jungkook I swear I WILL KILL HIM. I will see you later Taehyung, first I have to deal with Jungkook." Saying this he started throwing everything here and there. His sister Aena entered and stopped her brother from making further fuss. "Kai, I said stop it. Someone will hear you, atleast close your door."

Kai: Aena, get out of my room.

Aena: kai listen to me, you are taking it in a wrong way. He is Kim Taehyung, the only prince of korea and that jungkook, he is just a maid nothing can happen between them. No one from us will accept them even if there is something like that. Kai...

Kai: AENA, OUT OF MY ROOM RIGHT NOW. Aena was very well aware of her brother's anger, she quietly went out of room not forgetting to close the door.

After calming down a bit kai went towards a big potrait covering whole wall and pulled a cloth from it revealing a photo of Taehyung. Kai then traced Tae's face with his finger tips licking his lips. He dreamily stare at Tae's lips "These juicy lips are mine to taste, mine to trace, and mine to touch. He then leaned forward and pecked Tae's lips moaning. He pecked multiple times. He moved back, took a chair, sat infront of potrait with a glass of wine in his hand. "If everything was under my control then today we would be alone in another mansion far away from everyone, far away from korea. I will soon make my dreams come true Taehyung. I have to make lots of children with you and...." He was day dreaming while sipping the red liquid making his throat burn.

Jungkook entered his chamber with heavy heart as his Tae was hurt. He wanted to go to his chamber but he also have to make Mingyu have his soup. He saw Mingyu was sleeping again. He made Mingyu wake up and started feeding him soup. All the time Mingyu just stared jungkook cursing his heart for being so sensitive.

Mingyu: koo, I can drink this please hand me the bowl.

Jk: shut up min, you are burning in fever already let me feed you. Mingyu just nodded his head and drank soup thinking something is really off with koo or else he would never shout on him. After this Jungkook handed him tablets and mingyu gulped them silently.

Jungkook helped mingyu with laying on bed, covered him with blanket and was about to leave when mingyu held his wrist and asked with heavy heart "koo did something happened yesterday between you and prince? You seem tensed." jungkook just shook his head "min you just take rest, I'll tell you everything after you are fully recovered."

Mingyu: koo don't hide anything from me. Friends help each other at hard times. And see, I had soup and tablets I'll be fine till afternoon. Now tell me what's bothering you. Listening this jungkook sat beside mingyu and said
"Min, you know today while making soup Tae came and back hugged me I instantly pushed him and bowed out of habit. Min, I broke his rule and now he is upset with me what should I do now?"

Mingyu listened him carefully and smiled saying "koo I have an idea." and shared his idea with koo, listening this jungkook hugged him tight and screamed "Thankyouu minnnnn." Saying this he left to Tae's chamber.

Mingyu was again in tears "koo, I want you to hug me more, at the same time I don't want you to hug me. I'm breaking koo, I really am. But I'm happy for you koo."
