Morning had arrived and Bam, Mingyu and Nefa were gathered in Nefa's room, waiting for Taehyung to join them for breakfast.

Since Jungkook's tragic death, their usual routines had fallen apart. No one ate in the dining hall anymore. Instead, they all chose to eat together in Nefa's room because they needed each other's company to cope with the overwhelming grief. Jungkook's absence was a heavy burden and being together was the only way they could bear it.

Recently, Nefa had stopped addressing Taehyung with the respect usually reserved for a king. He now called him by his name, a sign of how close they had become. Nefa had become Taehyung's main support, just like he had been for Jungkook before.

As the minutes passed and Taehyung didn't show up, three of them grew worried. After few minutes later, they decided to go to Taehyung's room to check on him.

When they opened the door, they were shocked by what they saw. Taehyung was lying unconscious on bed, holding a picture of Jungkook tightly against his chest. He wasn't wearing a shirt, and his body was covered in dried blood from a fresh wound. The room was a mess, with blood splattered everywhere. In the corner, a rope lay on the floor, making the scene even more disturbing.

Nefa rushed to Taehyung's side and began patting his cheeks, trying to wake him up. "Taehyung, wake up!" he cried out, but Taehyung didn't respond. Panicking, they quickly called for a doctor.

The doctor arrived and immediately began treating Taehyung. All three of them stood nearby, watching anxiously, hoping that Taehyung would be okay.

Mingyu noticed the photo of Jungkook that Taehyung had been holding. He gently picked it up, his heart heavy with sadness. Tears filled his eyes as he thought about how much they had all lost. Bam, seeing how upset Mingyu was, placed a comforting hand on his shoulder and said softly,

"It's strange, isn't it? People don't always appreciate those who are alive, but they hold on to memories as if their life depends on it."

Mingyu nodded silently, overwhelmed by the weight of his emotions. He remembered how happy Jungkook had been on their engagement day. It was too much for him to bear, so he quietly excused himself and left the room.

After the doctor finished treating Taehyung, he assured them that Taehyung would recover but needed rest. With that, the doctor left, leaving Nefa and Bam alone with Taehyung.

A little while later, Taehyung began to wake up. He opened his eyes and saw Nefa and Bam standing by his side, looking worried. He tried to sit up, but he was too weak. His body gave out and he fell back onto the bed, crying out in pain. Tears filled his eye, but he knew that the pain he felt now was nothing compared to the pain jungkook had endured.

Nefa and Bam watched helplessly, knowing they couldn't take away Taehyung's pain. But they also knew they would stay by his side, just as they had for each other during this difficult time. They were determined to support one another, to honor Jungkook's memory and to find a way to move forward, even though it seemed impossible right now.

Suddenly, a thought struck Taehyung like a lightning bolt that he was shirtless. Panic surged through him and he quickly grabbed the blanket, wrapping it tightly around his body. Ignoring the intense pain that shot through him, he forced himself to sit up on the bed, his mind spiraling with fear and confusion.

He shook his head frantically, his voice rising in desperation as he cried out, "NO, NO, NO!"

Bam and Nefa were taken aback, watching in confusion. They couldn't understand why Taehyung was reacting this way. The worry on their faces grew as they saw Taehyung's distress.

Nefa, sensing that something deeper was troubling Taehyung, moved closer. He gently wrapped his arms around Taehyung, pulling him into a comforting embrace. He began to softly caress Taehyung's back, hoping to calm him down.
